Kate Middleton is set to receive this royal honour two years after Meghan

Kate Middleton is coming up to her 10-year milestone as being part of the royal family, so it’d be fair to assume she has experienced most of what royal life has to offer.
Meanwhile, Meghan Markle has been a part of the family for a little under three years, and it’d be fair to assume she’s experienced quite a bit less than what Kate has.

However, the Duchess of Sussex has been given an honour by the Queen, which the Duchess of Cambridge is yet to receive.
Upon marrying Prince Harry in May of 2018, the former Suits actress stepped out one month later in June for a solo engagement with Her Majesty, where she received the honour of travelling by the royal train with the monarch.

While the Duchess of Cambridge also embarked on a solo engagement with the Queen after she married Prince William in 2011, she is yet to experience travelling on the royal train with Her Majesty.

But this is now set to change, according to a press release from Kensington Palace.
The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge are set to embark on a tour around the United Kingdom, where the couple will travel via the royal train. This tour is to honour and visit and thank those who have been on the frontlines during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Per Harper’s Bazaar, the press release states that “ahead of the Christmas holidays to pay tribute to the incredible work of individuals and organisations that have gone above and beyond in response to the coronavirus pandemic”.
The royal couple were set to commence their mini-tour on Sunday, December 6 where they plan to “travel 1250 miles and undertake working visits, meeting frontline workers, volunteers, care home staff, teachers, schoolchildren and young people to hear about their experiences, sacrifices and the inspiring work they have done throughout this challenging year”.
And, of course, the couple will ensure they will be leading by example following health and safety guidelines from the government in order to prevent the further spread of COVID-19.

The outlet reports that last month the intruder allegedly broke into a home in Jenner’s gated community in November, but did not take anything. However, he reportedly told police officers who were called to the scene by security guards of the community that he was there to see Kylie.

Now, the 23-year-old makeup mogul is seeking a restraining order against the alleged intruder following the break-in.
According to the court documents, which were also obtained by The Blast, the 23-year-old shared her fears for her two-year-old daughter Stormi.

Referring to the break-in and the intruder’s subsequent arrest Jenner stated, “I am informed that upon being arrested, he stated he was there for ‘Kylie’ but went into the wrong house.”
“I am also informed that he spontaneously stated to the arresting deputies that he was there to meet “Kylie.’ I am informed he travelled from North Dakota for the purpose of meeting me,” she continued.
Jenner noted that was no “legitimate purpose” for the man in question to be visiting her at her home as she does “not share publically” where she lives.
“The fact that he was able to ascertain where I reside, attempted to gain access to my home and in fact, broke into a home that he believed to be mine scares me,” she said.
“I have a young child and I also fear for her safety.”
