Officially unveiled at Apple’s Far Out event broadcasted live from its headquarters in Cupertino, California, hawk-eyed fans kept an eye on what the latest releases had to offer.
During the event, Apple Chief Executive, Tim Cook said, “We are going big with iPhone 14 and even bigger with iPhone 14+.”
The latest releases all feature an emergency SOS service, making it an industry-first safety feature that’s powered by satellite. With a host of other features, these new releases are a step further when it comes to Apple’s innovative systems.
With iOS 16, users will now have more seamless ways to communicate and share precious moments.

iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Plus
This sophisticated design comes with impressive camera upgrades, and an A15 Bionic chip with a 5-core GPU for demanding workloads. With a new-dual camera system, this groundbreaking new technology offers mid to low-light performance for photos with an imaging process to deliver extraordinary detail. With powerful connection capabilities, the latest iPhone allows super-fast downloads and real-time connectivity with 5G for users to stay in touch along with a host of other features. Pre-orders begin Friday, September 9, with availability for iPhone 14 beginning Friday, September 16, and availability for iPhone 14 Plus beginning Friday, October 7, 2022.
At 6.1 inches, prices start at Dhs3,399 before trade-in and will be available in midnight, blue, starlight, purple and red in 128GB, 256GB and 512GB for iPhone 14.

iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max
For an intuitive way to experience the iPhone, this latest device is powered by A16 Bionic, the fastest chip ever in a smartphone. With the first ever 48MP camera on an iPhone, low-light photos are enhanced making it the ideal device for creative projects and emergency situations with its Emergency SOS via a satellite system. Featuring useful widgets on the lock screen, users can kep track of time, widgets and live activities. Designed to show important alerts, notifications and activities, this system pushes the boundaries of what’s possible in an iPhone. Other camera features include an action mode, cinematic mode, TrueDepth camera and more. Pre-orders for the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max will begin at 5 a.m. PDT on Friday, September 9, with availability beginning from Friday, September 16, 2022.

Ultra model, Series 8 and SE Apple Watch
If you’re passionate about extreme sports, this is your watch. With bigger battery life and a better waterproofing system, this new mechanism has a higher outdoor resistance for events such as triathlons. To keep track, the GPS tracking system gives users a safety net. The other latest watches include the SE and a Series 8 Watch with low-power battery life for up to 36 hours.
The Series 8 with cellular prices start at Dhs1,599, the SE will start at Dhs999 and the Ultra starts at Dhs3,199 and will be available from September 23, 2022.
AirPods Pro upgraded
Designed with an improved audio quality sound and carrying case, this latest launch ensures customers can find the device as the carrying case is fitted with speaker holes.
The latest model is priced at Dhs949.
