    Congratulations are in order for the Jordanian Royal Family — Crown Prince Hussein and Princess Rajwa welcomed their first child, a baby girl named Princess Iman, on August 3, 2024.

    The Hashemite Royal Court shared a glimpse of Princess Iman, held by her father, the Crown Prince, while he performed the act of calling the adhan in her ear.

    The Royal Hashemite Court shared the joyous news of Princess Rajwa’s pregnancy on April 10, a little less than a year after their grand wedding on June 1, 2023. The couple’s nuptials were a fairytale event, held amidst the grandeur of the palace.

    King Abdullah II’s Legacy
    Over his quarter-century reign, King Abdullah II has been a pivotal figure in Jordanian politics and society. Known for his dedication to modernization and economic reform, he has worked tirelessly to enhance Jordan’s infrastructure, education, and healthcare systems. His reign has also been marked by efforts to maintain stability in a tumultuous region, emphasizing diplomacy and peace.
    In his speech at the jubilee celebration, King Abdullah II expressed deep gratitude to his people, saying, “Today I stand among a great people, I am honored to serve their honesty, and I am proud to be Jordanian.”

    Queen Rania’s Tribute to Jordanian Heritage
    Queen Rania of Jordan, known for her elegance and advocacy work, attended the celebrations in a custom gown designed by Laith Almalouf. The full-length white dress featured a grey bustier, influenced by Jordan’s rich agricultural heritage and cultural depth. Almalouf shared the BTS process on Instagram.

    “I am deeply honored to have had the opportunity to design a custom couture creation for Her Majesty Queen Rania Al Abdullah,” Almalouf wrote. “The creation of the gown was a labor of love and dedication.”

    Princess Rajwa, who is expecting her first child, wore a gown and cape by Saudi designer Honayda Serafi.  Serafi expressed her pride in contributing to the jubilee celebrations, stating, “We are proud to unveil the regal bespoke look for HRH Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, specially designed by Honayda Serafi and crafted by the skilled hands of Jordanian artisans to crown this historic occasion.”

    Wishing a very happy birthday to Princess Rajwa Al Hussein, who turned 30 on April 28, 2024.
    On the occasion of her 30th birthday, The Royal Hashemite Court of Jordan released a few precious portraits of the new Princess.
    For the birthday celebration, the 30-year-old Jordanian Royal chose to wore a midnight blue, velvet set by Rabanne. In a different portrait, the Princess of Jordan was seen wearing a form-fitting black dress paired with a diamond necklace and a matching tiara.
    The Crown Prince of Jordan also took to social media to wish his wife in a heartfelt post, sharing a sweet photo of the Royal Couple together.
    Crown Prince of Jordan, Hussein bin Abdullah married Rajwa Al Saif in June 2023. The Royal Couple of Jordan will soon welcome their first child.
    Who is Princess Rajwa Al Hussein and everything to know about her
    The mother-to-be is the youngest of four children, including Faisal, Naif, Dana and Rajwa, born to parents Khalid bin Musaed Al Saif and Azza Al Sudairi.
    The Al Saif family’s heritage dates back to the Subai tribe in the town of Al-Attar in Sudair, Najd, Saudi Arabia, where ancestors are known to have been the sheikhs of the town.
    Rajwa was born and raised in Saudi Arabia where she completed her secondary education.
    She then moved to New York to attend university at the College of Architecture at Syracuse University. However, little is known about her career after graduating from the university.
