    Over 900 chefs compete in successful 27th Emirates Salon Culinaire

An international panel of judges,including ECG veterans Otto Wiebel, Uwe Micheel, and Martin Kobald, presided over the competition.This year’s event also saw the return of the Alen Thong Golden Coffee Pot Challenge for young chefs, won by the team from the Chinese Chefs Association. Additionally, a new competition, the Sounbula Artisan Bakery Arena, was introduced, with The Westin taking home the gold medal.Guild President Andy Cuthbert expressed his pride in the event’s success and highlighted the growth of the culinary arts in the UAE.
