An international panel of judges,including ECG veterans Otto Wiebel, Uwe Micheel, and Martin Kobald, presided over the competition.This year’s event also saw the return of the Alen Thong Golden Coffee Pot Challenge for young chefs, won by the team from the Chinese Chefs Association.
