One of the world’s most exclusive dining experiences makes a return to Dubai

    Lifestyle

Part dinner, part theatre, it’s time to let technology do the talking at this exclusive dining experience.
Dubai is home to a plethora of haute cuisine options, but it takes a lot for some to truly stand out – and it’s safe to say Sublimotion at the five-star Mandarin Oriental Jumeira Hotel is most definitely one of them.
After a memorable season of experiential dining, Ibiza’s most popular dining pop-up makes a return this November.
Curated by an expert team of chefs, designers, directors, technicians and musicians, each guest is in for a surprise.

When it comes to eating with your eyes, this concept promises an experience like no other with its multi-sensory journey. This theatrical concept is the brainchild of Paco Ronceró, chef and owner of two-Michelin-starred Paco Roncero Restaurante in Madrid, and creative director Eduardo Gonzales of Vega Factory.
With 360-degree projections and a ten-course dinner, this concept is designed to heighten the senses and bring innovative elements to your plate throughout the meal. Known for their cutting-edge molecular techniques and show-stopping performances, guests can get ready to expect the unexpected.

To invigorate all your senses, technology and gastronomy work together seamlessly from the minute you take your first bite. By paving the way for culinary art, the custom space can seat 12 diners who can fully immerse into a visual stimulation of themes and get insights into the food’s origins.
This one-of-kind experience starts at Dhs3,500 per seat inclusive of soft drinks and mocktails and the unlimited beverages package is priced at Dhs5,000.
All set to take place again from November 1, 2022, to May 1, 2023, the experience takes place from 6:30pm to 9pm and to make a booking visit mandarinoriental.com
