      Ever since announcing that she’s pregnant with her first child, actor Deepika Padukone has been fairly private about it.
      Today, the actor along with husband Ranveer Singh shared portraits from their pregnancy photoshoot. Dressed in a relaxed denim, bralette and an oversized shirt, the 82 East founder looked relaxed and in her element. For the second look, the Tamasha actor chose a black body con dress, a pregnancy staple in her closet. For the last look, Deepika chose a sheer dress to twirl in.

      The celebrity couple has been together for over a decade and got married in 2018, in Italy, in an intimate ceremony with just friends and family.
      With a heartwarming post on social media, the couple announced their pregnancy, while confirming the due date to be in September.

      When was Sheikha Mahra’s daughter born?
      Her Highness Sheikha Mahra Al Maktoum and Sheikh Mana Al Maktoum have welcomed the arrival of their baby girl on Wednesday, May 1, 2024.
      Dubai’s royal family is celebrating yet another joyous occasion as the couple welcome their first child together. Sheikh Mana announced the news via an Instagram story today, Thursday afternoon, revealing the safe arrival of their daughter.It was revealed by Sheikh Mana’s Instagram that the couple has named their precious daughter Mahra.
      In a heartfelt post shared by Dubai’s favourite Princess, she said, “Thank you Dr. Fadi Mirza and Latifa Hospital team for all your support and most memorable experience for bringing baby Mahra to this world. 01.05.2024.”
      Acknowledging the hospital staff and the medical team that helped her deliver the baby, Sheikha Mahra shared her gratitude for a safe and sound experience.
      The pictures included mother-daughter moments along with images of Sheikha Mahra’s mum holding her grandchild.

      UAE Public Holidays: Will there be a holiday on Prophet Muhammad’s birthday?

      Is Al-Mawlid Al-Nabawi (birthday of Prophet Muhammed PBUH) this month a public holiday in the UAE?
      While the birth of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), Al-Mawlid Al-Nabawi, is expected to fall on September 15, 2024,it’s unlikely to be a public holiday as it falls on a Sunday. However, we’ll need to wait for official confirmation from the authorities.
      When’s the Next Long Weekend?
      The next long weekend in the UAE is likely to be around December 2024. Commemoration Day falls on December 1, a Sunday. However, National Day is celebrated on December 2 and 3, which means we could potentially have a four-day weekend if the authorities grant additional days off.
      UAE Public Holidays in 2025

      January 1: New Year’s Day (Wednesday)
      Eid Al Fitr: Shawwal 1 to 3 (moon sighting dependent)

      New Resolution for Public Holidays
      Starting in 2025, there will be a change in how certain public holidays are announced. If a holiday falls on a weekend, it may be carried over to the beginning or end of the week. This means that if a public holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, an extra day off could be granted on Friday or Monday. Additionally, local governments may approve additional holidays for their departments and institutions.
