Meghan Markle shares new photo of Archie for Prince Harry’s birthday

She called her husband the ‘best’

Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle took to Instagram yesterday to wish husband Prince Harry a happy birthday. The post, included a collage of photos and a never-before-seen image of their son, Archie.

The power couple share an official Instagram account, a tool for them to directly connect with fans. One of the latest posts on the @sussexroyal account comes courtesy of Meghan herself, who took to social media to pay tribute to her husband. In honour of Prince Harry’s 35th birthday, the Duchess posted a grid of nine photographs of the Royal over the years.

The grid included photos of Prince Harry as a baby with the late Princess Diana, his older brother Prince William, on his wedding day and their first trip overseas to New Zealand as a newlywed. But, what fans were eager to spot, was a rare black and white photo of herself, Prince Harry and Archie on the baby’s christening day in July.

In the caption of the post, a messages reads: ‘Wishing a very happy birthday to His Royal Highness Prince Harry, The Duke of Sussex! A birthday message from The Duchess of Sussex: “Your service to the causes you care so deeply for inspires me every day. You are the best husband and most amazing dad to our son. We love you. Happiest birthday!”’

Meghan wasn’t the only one who took to Instagram for her husband’s birthday. Prince Harry’s older brother, Prince William and his wife, Kate Middleton also wished the royal a happy birthday via their personal Instagram account, @kensingtonroyal.

‘Wishing a very happy birthday to The Duke of Sussex today!’ a caption, accompanying an image of the brothers on Harry’s wedding day last May, reads.
