Grammy Award-winning artist and DJ David Guetta is set to perform in Dubai next month.
Given the current restrictions on live entertainment, the concert will be virtual, but Guetta will physically be here in Dubai.
On February 6, 2021, the superstar will be performing from the helipad of Dubai’s seven-star hotel and landmark the Burj Al Arab.
The virtual extravaganza aims to raise funds for UNICEF and the Dubai Cares Education Uninterrupted campaign, which is currently tackling the impact that the pandemic has had on education for children in the UAE.
In a statement, Guetta shared his excitement at the prospect of returning to Dubai, a city which means a lot to him.
“After Miami, New York and the Louvre in Paris, I am very proud to announce that we’re heading to the top of the iconic Burj Al-Arab Jumeirah for another United At Home show, this time in a city that is dear to my heart: Dubai,” he said.
“Thanks to my fans across the globe. In these difficult times, we hope to bring comfort, joy, and support through the power of music and emotions. We have supported many charities and helped make a real difference in people’s lives during the pandemic. We continue in this direction today, benefiting UNICEF and Dubai Cares.”
