Taking place from 1pm-4pm, the Big Rainbow Brunch is serving up modern-eastern inspired dishes including the Lamb Barbacoa, Cauliflower Popcorn and Chicken Bang Bang Bao alongside free-flowing beverages. A classic dining option features a glamourous selection of savoury and sweet bites ranging from smoked salmon and roast beef finger sandwiches to scones with clotted cream, homemade jams and petit gateaux. The uber-stylish Akira Back has created unique dishes for it’s vegan guests that are like nothing you’ve ever tried.
