While regular travels are currently on hold due to the coronavirus pandemic, that hasn’t stopped people day dreaming about destination hotspots they miss the most.
Using the hashtag #TakeMeBack on Instagram, many have been sharing nostalgic travel posts of where they want to return to once international travel is back on the cards.
Collating over 208,362 posts on the social media platform, popular blog SavingSpot identified the cities travellers miss the most, which included Dubai in the top 10, ranking number 7.

The top tourist attractions were also identified, with the Giza Pyramids in Egypt topping the list, followed by Bali, Santorini, the Disney World Magic Kingdom Park in Orlando and the Eiffel Tower in Paris.
While international travel certainly isn’t a priority for most, there are some countries that are beginning to open their borders this summer with precautionary measures in place.
