Despite everyone getting older each year, parents will always see their children as their babies, and that’s definitely true for model Gigi Hadid and her father Mohamed Hadid.
To mark his eldest daughter’s 25th birthday, the Jordanian-American property tycoon has praised “focused, hardworking and self-reliant” Gigi in a series of posts on Instagram and was clearly nostalgic when picking some of the photos.
Firstly Hadid shared a series of photos with his model daughter captioning the post, “moments to remember”.
Heartwarmingly the 71-year-old then shared an old photo taken in 1955 in Beirut, Lebanon, of his mother and Gigi’s grandmother, Khairia Daher Hadid, saying she would be “so proud” of her granddaughter.
He also added his mother would be looking down “from above” on Gigi.
In another post made today April 23, which marks Gigi’s 25th birthday, Hadid shared a montage of sweet throwback photos of his daughter and himself, alongside Gigi’s mother, Yolanda Hadid, and her younger siblings Bella and Anwar Hadid.
“We love you endlessly we respect you tremendously we miss seeing so much Habbibti,” he said.
The montage included a series of sweet snaps from when Gigi was a baby and young child, as well as old modelling photos and family photos too.
