Always wanted to enhance your cooking skills by learning from a professional? If so, then we’ve got an opportunity for you to don your chef apron and hat in the comforts of your own home.
Every week, The Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah will be hosting live cooking masterclasses with chefs from some of its world-class restaurants.
This week they have Chef Lendl Pereira, chef de cuisine at Lexington Grill teaching you how to prepare Spanish Roast Chicken. During the class you can interact with Chef Lendl by asking him questions and posting your comments.
Chef Lendl began his career with the world-renowned Taj Hotels group in Mumbai and then went on to work with Marriott Hotels in Florida, before taking on a new challenge in the UAE.
Since arriving in Dubai in 2010, Lendl has worked with a variety of celebrated chefs including Jeff Galvin, Tom Aiken and Jamie Oliver, gaining invaluable experience.
For the upcoming masterclass you’ll want to be prepared to be able to cook in real-time.
Here are the ingredients you will need for this week: Beef chorizo (sausage), one baby chicken, a sprig of Thyme, fresh coriander, a pod of garlic, smoked paprika, lemon, potatoes, olives, olive oil and honey.
The class will be featured live via the hotel’s Facebook page on Wednesday, April 15 at 6pm.
