What was your favourite subject at school?

Art was my favorite subject. It allowed me to express myself creatively and gave me a foundation for appreciating beauty and aesthetics, which has stayed with me throughout my career.

What was your first job?

My first job was in the beauty industry, working as a hairstylist after studying at the Dolores Academy of Hairdressing. It was an exciting start, and it sparked my passion for transforming people’s confidence through beauty.

What brought you to Dubai?

Dubai is a city of opportunities, innovation, and growth. Its vibrant beauty and wellness industry aligned perfectly with my aspirations to create a clinic that offers advanced aesthetic treatments and a luxury experience.

What inspired you to enter the space and your brand?

I’ve always been passionate about enhancing natural beauty through modern techniques and solutions. My goal was to create a space where clients could trust they were receiving cutting-edge treatments performed by highly qualified professionals.

Talk us through the concept?

The concept behind Zieda’s Clinic is rooted in combining the most advanced technology with a personalized approach. From skincare and slimming treatments to dental care, we aim to provide holistic solutions that empower individuals to feel and look their best in a welcoming, luxurious environment.

What are the key elements of your role?

My role involves overseeing every aspect of the clinic’s operations—from ensuring the quality of our treatments and maintaining the latest technology to building strong relationships with clients and inspiring my team to deliver excellence.

Talk us through your daily routine.

A typical day starts with planning and team meetings to ensure we’re aligned on our goals. I spend time reviewing client feedback, consulting with our specialists, and monitoring the performance of the clinic. Staying connected to the creative side of the business, like marketing strategies and client engagement, is also a key part of my routine.

What advice do you have for anyone looking to follow in the same footsteps?

Focus on your passion and stay committed to your vision. The beauty and wellness industry is competitive, so investing in continuous learning and surrounding yourself with a strong team are crucial.

Tell us more about the services?

At Zieda’s Clinic, we offer advanced dermatology, dental, and slimming treatments using state-of-the-art machines like Morpheus8, Ultherapy, and Emsculpt Neo. We emphasize natural results and personalized care, ensuring every client feels confident and rejuvenated.

What is the best piece of advice you have ever received?

“Focus on quality over quantity.” This advice reminds me to prioritize delivering exceptional results rather than chasing numbers.

And what is the worst?

“Cut costs at all costs.” While efficiency is important, compromising on quality or expertise can hurt your reputation and long-term success.

What’s the biggest challenge you have had to overcome?

One of the biggest challenges was expanding our services while maintaining the high standards we are known for. Balancing innovation with consistent client satisfaction has required continuous effort and strategic investments.

What’s lies ahead for the brand?

The future is about growth and refinement. We aim to expand our services further, especially in the dental and dermatology departments, by acquiring advanced equipment like 3D scanners and dental lasers. Additionally, we’re focused on building stronger community engagement and further cementing our reputation as a leader in the beauty and wellness space in Dubai.
