For all the art lovers, SANDRO’s Spring/Summer 2025 Women’s collection is inspired by the artistic world of Louise Bourgeois. Head Chef Erick Ramos will be joining forces with award-winning Chef Penelope Díaz of Fusion Ceviche to present a one-off, five-course sharing menu celebrating the bold flavours of Peru and Japan. Expect an elevated take on ceviche, traditional Causitas, grilled octopus, red snapper, and baby chicken – each dish reimagined with signature Nikkei flair. The experience ends on a high note with a dessert platter that captures the sweet soul of Peru. The menu is priced from Dhs395 per person and will be served from 6pm to 11:30pm. On April 23 and 24, SUSHISAMBA Dubai is set to host acclaimed Peruvian chef Diego Muñoz for a two-day culinary showcase not to be missed. Guests can experience six limited-edition dishes seamlessly woven into the à la carte menu – indulge in highlights like Hirame Tiraditos, Nikkei Ceviche, Grilled Prawn with rocoto butter, and the indulgent Roasted Strawberry Melcocha. Then, for one night only on April 24, Chef Muñoz will join forces with SUSHISAMBA’s Brand Chef Kitak Lee for an exclusive four-hands, Omakase-style dinner in the Private Dining Room. Limited to just 12 guests, the 12-course experience features six signature plates from each chef, along with three curated cocktails. Known for his refined, ingredient-led approach to modern Peruvian cuisine, Muñoz brings both heritage and creativity to the table. Priced at Dhs395 for the à la carte and Dhs1,200 for the Omakase dinner.
