210gr flour T45
270gr sugar
pinch of salt
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 eggs
125gr soft butter
180ml cream 35%
½ tsp baking powder
18gr cocoa powder
In mixing bowl with paddle, mix butter and sugar for approximately 8 minutes. Once smooth add eggs and mix up well.
Then add sifted flour, salt, baking powder and mix well again. Follow it up with vanilla extract with cream.
Divide the mix into two equal portions (approximately 450gr each), add cocoa powder in one part
Use loaf tin or round tin; grease or use baking paper
Pour 450gr of vanilla mix and 450gr of cocoa mix to make the marble
Pour a line of soft butter on top so the cake stays soft.
Bake at 145 ̊C for 35 minutes.
Rotate and bake for 35 more minutes. Check if baked and then leave to cool.
