Stormy times
Whenever it rains in Dubai, it gets people talking.
However, Saturday night’s thunderstorm was in its own league.
Heavy rain and hail was lashing down yesterday, along with some almighty thunder and lightening.
Talk of the storm has been a welcome distraction for many UAE citizens and residents, with some on Twitter joking the storm made everyone “come together” amidst the coronavirus pandemic, which has consumed the majority of lives for the last few weeks.

When a thunderstorm arrives in the UAE it’s certainly a point of a discussion, but it’s also an opportunity to snap some incredible images.
