Recently she took to Instagram to reveal the latest additions, and these little gems can be added to water. She showcased a copper bottle from LifeRocks that comes with metallic tea sachets that are filled with crystals. Each deliver a different form of crystal energy that can help you with things like concentration.
Her first crystal was a black obsidian that she carries everywhere with her and it helps surround her with positive energy, but she also recommends Yellow Calcite for balance and Rose Quartz for romance.
Designer and former Spice Girl is not the only one who favours the healing power of crystals, model Miranda Kerr and The Row designers Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are part of a growing set of celebrities that collect these gems.
While there’s little scientific evidence behind crystal healing, devotees praise it’s powers to boost happiness, health and wealth – well it’s worth a shot, right?
