Listen up music fans, there are several show stopping concerts coming your ways. From international, to regional and even local acts, it seems like 2019 will be a great year for music in the UAE.

W Dubai – The Palm are launching a brand new music festival this October, dubbed WAKE UP CALL.

August

1975

The indie band from Manchester, are set to make their Middle Eastern debut in Dubai, this coming August. The four-piece British band will take to the stage on Wednesday August 14, with tickets on sale from Wednesday June 12 at 5 pm, available from the1975dxb.com. Their concert, will be part of their current world tour, and they are are set to release their fourth studio album this summer. So, fans will likely also be treated to some new material when the group take to the stage in August.

Nancy Ajram and Saif Nabeel

Lebanese superstar Nancy Ajram will be returning to Dubai this summer for a Eid concert that you wouldn’t want to miss. The singer will be joined by Iraqi singer Saif Nabeel on August 15 in Dubai World Trade Centre. General admission for the show starts from AED 95, with royal tier tickets available for AED 695. Tickets will be available in the next two days at Platinumlist Website.

Westlife

This one will be a trip down memory lane for them 90s kids. Irish boyband Westlife will bring their biggest hits, which include to the Coca-Cola Arena in City Walk on Thursday August 29 as part of their 20th Anniversary tour. Tickets are on sale now, with General Admissions passes starting from . Red Hot Chilli Peppers

Following their spectacular performance among Egypt’s great pyramids of Giza in March, it looks like the iconic rock group Red Hot Chilli Peppers might be heading back to the region to perform in Abu Dhabi. If confirmed, they will take to the stage at the custom-built arena on Yas Island during UFC’s Showdown Week on September 7.

WAKE UP CALL

W Dubai on Palm has become one of the leading party venues in the city and now they are taking it up a notch by introducing WAKE UP CALL music festival to the city. It will take place between October 10-12 with RÜFÜS DU SOL, Rita Ora, and Disclosure headlining.

Eminem

Can the real slim shady please stand up? One of the world’s most iconic rappers, Eminem is set to bring the heat to Abu Dhabi show at Yas Island’s Du Arena on October 25 as part of his Kamakaze World Tour. This marks seven years since his last performance in the UAE, which was part of the F1 after-race concerts back in 2012. Expect a set list that will throw back to the 1990s and 2000s, featuring some of the rapper’s most iconic tracks, and recent hits from his latest album Kamikaze, the best-selling Hip-Hop album of 2018, including  and .
