AEROSMITH frontman Steven Tyler has been accused for a second time of sexual assault against a minor in the 1970s.
The singer, 75, allegedly assaulted the 17-year-old model by kissing and dry-humping against her will when he was 27.
Jeanne Bellino claims to have suffered “permanent emotional distress” after the alleged assault when she met Steven Tyler through a mutual friend at a hotel in New York.
It comes nearly a year after he was accused of sexual assault of another minor in the mid-1970s by a woman claiming to be his former girlfriend.
Bellino alleges he forced her into a phone booth while they walked down a street in Manhattan and “stuck his tongue down her throat”.
The suit, seen by Rolling Stone, claims Tyler “held her captive” as people walked past outside after she asked a question about one of his songs which annoyed him.

The lawsuit claims: “While holding her captive, Tyler stuck his tongue down her throat, and put his hands upon her body, her breasts, her buttocks, and her genitals, moving and removing clothing and pinning her against the wall of the phone booth.
“As Tyler was mauling and groping Plaintiff, he was humping her pretending to have sex with Plaintiff.
“Others stood by outside the phone booth laughing and as passersby watched and witnessed, nobody in the entourage intervened.”
It goes on to explain that eventually Bellino was able to free herself from the phone booth but stayed with the group because she was relying on a friend for transportation.

The suit continues: “Tyler’s penis was erect and it was evident to her as he rubbed it against her that he was not wearing underwear and wearing thin pants.
“Plaintiff fought back and struggled to be free but Tyler restrained her.”
When the group returned to the Warwick Hotel, Tyler allegedly kissed Bellino and grinded up against her again, against her will.
He supposedly told her he’d call her up to his room when he was ready, which he allegedly did via an associate.
Bellino, who was apparently sobbing and shaking, said she shook her head at the associate and fled the hotel when the call came.
She claims that she “couldn’t talk and was paralysed” as a doorman “flung her” into a cab outside the hotel.
It’s claimed when she returned home she told her sister all the allegations.
Bellino claims that this was her first sexual experience and she weighed about 115 pounds at the time.
She was also allegedly hospitalised following the incident and medicated as a result, still requiring medication now almost 50 years later.
The suit reads that Bellino “suffered and will continue to suffer, great pain of mind and body, severe and permanent emotional distress, physical manifestations of emotional distress, embarrassment, humiliation, physical, personal & psychological injuries”.
Julia Holcomb, who claimed to be Tyler’s former girlfriend, accused him of sexual assault in the mid-1970s in December 2022.
She said she had a sexual relationship with Tyler that began when she was underage, according to the lawsuit obtained by Rolling Stone.

Tyler was accused of sexual assault, sexual battery, and intentional infliction of emotional distress by Holcomb.
The Sun Online has reached out to Tyler’s representatives for comment but have not heard back yet.
