The artistic director has brought together an array of burlesque stars, tap dancers, singers and more to surprise and delight guests for a 360-degree dining experience. After dark, the space transforms into Josette’s private dining room, setting the perfect scene for glamorous soirées and fabulous affairs. The menu includes Parisian classics. You can slice into tune tartare, foie gras terrine, escargot, ratatouille, soup a l’oignon, and plateau de Josette, a signature seafood platter.When it comes to the interiors, expect marble floors, mustard sofas, and mirrored columns. The restaurant is located in ICD Brookfield Place, DIFC and is open from 12pm to 3am.
