    Sheikh Hamdan takes his twins on an adrenaline-fuelled adventure in the UK

    With adventure in his spirit, Dubai’s Crown Prince His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Rashid Al Maktoum shared a warm heartfelt video of taking the twins on a cycling expedition around Yorkshire.
    The video was shared to his fanbase of 16 million fans on Instagram, where he often updates his following with pictures and videos of how they’re growing so quickly.
    By taking them outdoors and letting them experience nature at a young age, Fazza’s travels around the world exude his passion for exploration and adventure which he is beginning to instill in his little ones since a young age.

    The caption of the video read, “The start of a great adventure. #family” and we couldn’t help but adore this doting moment of him as a father.
    His Highness became a father for the first time in May 2021, welcoming twins Rashid and Shaikha into the world. Since then, the Crown Prince of Dubai has truly become the ultimate doting dad. Fazza has shared tidbits of the growing twins on social media, sharing some adorable doting father moments with his 14 million followers on Instagram. He welcomed his third child in February 2023. Revealed to be named Mohammed bin Hamdan bin Mohammed Al Maktoum, he is the third addition to the Crown Prince of Dubai’s growing family.
    From taking them to Courchevel to making them visit the Zoo and experience wildlife, Sheikh Hamdan is always capturing spectacular shots of his wanderlust experiences, including this specific adventure shot on a drone.
    Since welcoming the now 2-year-old twins Rashid and Shaikha in May 2021, Sheikh Hamdan has truly become the ultimate doting dad and we can’t wait to see all the new adventures they will be in.

    London is often regarded as a key hotspot for Royals to visit.
    The most recent member of the UAE Royal family to a travel there is His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice-President and Prime Minister of UAE and Ruler of Dubai.
    With various portraits resurfacing of him on the internet meeting various important individuals, the photos have been making their rounds on social media portrait his humble nature and an approachable personality.
    The ruler was spotted at various key spots in the UK, where fans had joyfully expressed their excitement as they took pictures with him. Seen at both Hyde Park and at the Harrods store, the UAE ruler was seen in comfortable attire on all occasions, even when his brother shared a picture of them looking over fondly at each other on his Instagram.
    In a post shared on Twitter, Hussain Sajwani, Founder and CEO of Damac, thanked the UAE leader for meeting with him and his son, saying that it was an honour for his son Mehdi.
    He said, “We were captivated by his remarkable wisdom and unwavering dedication to the well-being of his people.” He continued, “May Allah bless Your Highness with a long and prosperous life, and may you continue to be a beacon of pride for our nation!”
    Also, Tajikistan-singer, Abdu Rozik took to Instagram to share a picture with HH Sheikh Mohammed, which gained traction from the globe over with 200,000 likes and several wholesome messages singing his praises.

    With megastars rappers Travis Scott and Lil Uzi Vert announced as the first headliners, this urban music festival organised by Live Nation makes it an unmissable experience for both residents and tourists.
    So, if you’re planning on adding it to your calendar, here’s everything to know about the festival.
    Artists
    Taking the lead for the concert is none other than American rapper Travis Scott, along with others revered in the hip-hop industry such as Lil Uzi Vert. The Cactus Jack record label founder is responsible for tracks including Sicko Mode and Goosebumps, and has collected some 40 billion streams and counting, for the audience to now witness live. As an ode to regional talent, the festival has also confirmed one of the biggest rappers in South Asia and the Middle East, including Egyptian trap artist Wegz, Iraqi Canadian Rapper Ali Gatie and other R&B artists including King, Divine, hip-hop duo Young Stunners.

    The concert will make its take place on Saturday, March 13, 2023.

    This 2023 inaugural edition will be held on Abu Dhabi’s Yas Island, making it the event of the year with multiple stages and more than 13 live performances in the expansive venue.

    The royal family bids a final farewell to Queen Elizabeth II with poignant photo

    Yesterday, the world bid its final farewell to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the longest-ever reigning monarch of the United Kingdom.
    A few hours after the ceremony took place, the Royal Family shared an unseen image in loving memory of Her Majesty The Queen, who lived from 1926 to 2022.
    Taken at Balmoral Castle in 1971, deemed to be one of her favourite places in the UK, the Queen is seen amidst plush fauna surrounding on the Scottish estate with an elegant scarf wrapped around her head.  The photo was a poignant one, given the Queen passed away at Balmoral.
    The image was shared with the one of Shakespeare’s most popular quotes from Hamlet: “May flights of Angels sing thee to thy rest.”

    These were some of the precious words which King Charles III used in his first televised speech as monarch, paying tribute to his late mother.
    This previously unpublished photo pays a tribute to the Queen and her years of dedication to the country. She made a lifelong commitment to serving the country on her 21st birthday and effortlessly carried out her duties as British monarch.
    Laid to rest on September 19, 2022, a total of 2,000 guests, including 500 dignitaries, foreign royals and leaders and members of the Royal Family were in attendance at the state funeral service at Westminster Abbey.
    The Queen has been buried at Windsor Castle alongside her late husband Prince Philip, after an intimate ceremony with the Royal Family members.

    Everything to know about Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral

    Queen Elizabeth II, the longest reigning British monarch, will be laid to rest today, September 19, 2022.
    A total of 2,000 guests – including 500 dignitaries, foreign royals and leaders from around the world – are to attend the Queen’s funeral.
    Of course, members of the Royal Family will be in attendance, which includes King Charles III and Queen Consort Camilla. The Queen’s other three children, Princess Anne, Prince Andrew and Prince Edward will also be at the service with their respective spouses. The Prince and Princess of Wales and two of their three children, Prince George and Princess Charlotte, will also be in attendance, alongside the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, who will all walk in procession behind the Queen’s coffin into Westminster Abbey, where the state funeral service will take place.
    Monday has been declared a bank holiday in the UK and almost every television channel will broadcast the funeral. Outdoor TV screens have been installed across streets for members of the public to view.

    Many leaders from the Arab region will be attending Queen Elizabeth II’s funeral including His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai; Their Majesties King Abdullah II and Queen Rania of Jordan; His Highness Sheikh Tamim Bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, and his wife Sheikha Jawaher bint Hamad bin Suhaim Al Thani; His Highness Sheikh Hamad bin Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa, the King of Bahrain; His Highness Haitham bin Tariq Al Said, the Sultan of Oman; His Highness Sheikh Mishal Al Ahmad A Jaber Al Sabah, the Crown Prince of Kuwait; and more.
    Other royals from across the world are also attending the funeral. Spain’s King Felipe and Queen Letizia have been confirmed as guests, while former monarchs Juan Carlos and Sofía have also been invited. King Willem-Alexander and Queen Máxima of the Netherlands, King Harald V and Queen Sonja of Norway, and Prince Albert II and Princess Charlene of Monaco have all confirmed their attendance. Other members of Europe’s royal families will also be at the service, including Sweden, Denmark, Belgium and Greece.
    As for world leaders, UK PM Liz Truss, and Labour party leader, Sir Keir Starmer will be at the Queen’s funeral, as will First Minister of Scotland, Nicola Sturgeon, and the Irish premier, Michael Martin and US President Joe Biden will be present, along with the First Lady Jill Biden.
    Leaders from across Europe will also be at the funeral service, including French President Emmanuel Macron, German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, Italian President Sergio Mattarella and Finland’s President, Sauli Niinisto.

    Following the Queen’s death on September 8, 2022, the UK has been in a 10-day national mourning period, which will end today after Her Majesty’s funeral.
    The state funeral will take place at Westminster Abbey, a short distance away from Westminster Hall, where thousands are expected to attend, and then her coffin will be transferred to Windsor Castle for a more intimate service and where she will be privately buried alongside her husband Prince Philip.
    The Queen’s coffin has been lying-in-state at Westminster Hall to allow members of the public to pay their respects, with the royal family standing vigil beside it.
