      Victoria has now teased her upcoming publication on social media, promising to pour out ‘her heart and soul’.
      Taking to Instagram she penned: “Good morning, lovely souls!  I hope your Friday is off to a fantastic start I have some exiting news to share with you all”.
      “I am in the process of writing a book. Eeeeeks (thank you Mr M for giving me this opportunity”
      Victoria continued: “It’s a dream I’ve been nurturing, I’ve got my story of my hear to give, and I can’t wait to pout my heart and soul into this new endeavour,”.

      “The saying goes “don’t talk about it, be about it” but I couldn’t resist sharing this with you. As part of my journey I’ve decided to take an Instagram siesta to immerse myself in the writing process fully,”. 
      “It’s a bittersweet decision, but it’s the right step as I seek more meaning and purpose. While my Instagram journey is taking a pause, it’s not goodbye forever -I’ll be back!”. 
      She added: “Thank you for your support and understanding. I can’t wait to share my book with you when the time comes. Until then, Merry Christmas, take care stay inspired and keep spreading your beautiful light.”
      Just nine days after his marriage split with Victoria Rose, 42, the rugby star was spotted with his professional Strictly Come Dancing partner, 29, as they gazed into each other’s eyes.

      The Mail Online revealed that the pair separated in early November.
      A source revealed to the publication that up until the summer, all had been well in the marriage.
      But added: “Victoria had been increasingly unhappy over the last few months.
      “Things got tense and then she saw some text messages on his phone and it led to some difficult rows between them and they have now split up.
      “They are both devastated at the breakdown of their marriage.”

      On top of that she was left heartbroken by her ex boyfriend, Paul Cattermole’s death and her decision to step away from the band and the tour.
      Speaking about her experiences, Hannah told Hello! Magazine: “I don’t think I realised how much I’d deteriorated because it happened so gradually, I had no energy and couldn’t even get on a train or cook dinner.
      “That affected my mental health, too, because I’ve always been a physical and sporty person, it’s only when you get better and can do things you love again that you realise how bad things were.”
      She added: “It’s been a tough and challenging year, and things happened that were quite traumatic.”

      Hannah knew something was wrong when she started feeling chronic fatigue, brain fog and vertigo.
      She believes the autoimmune condition was triggered after she suffered two miscarriages in 2022.
      Hannah is about to take part in the next series of Dancing On Ice and says it’s down to using a serum, derived from her own blood to stabilise her – it also helps repair damaged organs and tissue.
      The singer previously told The Sun about her condition and revealed it was made worse by stress.

      Ultimately she made the decision to pull out of the S Club tour as she struggled to cope with everything.
      “I hadn’t been in the best of health — I’ve got a compromised immune system and stress makes it worse,” she shared.
      “My body just couldn’t cope with everything that was happening. I wasn’t myself, I was getting these crippling panic attacks, was suffering from really bad vertigo and was tired all the time.”

      EastEnders star looks unrecognisable after quitting soap and launching US career

      EASTENDERS legend Rob Kazinsky looks very different years on from when he was on the soap.The soap actor first made his debut on the serial drama 17 years ago in August 2006.

      Rob, 40, now sports a very different look from his days on EastEnders as he now shows off a shaven look to his sideburns.
      His locks have thinned slightly on the top of his head and he now wears circular glasses with thin silver rims.
      Sean was also known to be mostly clean shaven with slight stubble on his chin, cheeks and neck.
      The facial hair has now grown significantly as he can now be seen with a full beard and coverage over the moustache area.

      He recently showed off his now look on social media as he celebrated the middle aged lifestyle on Instagram.

      Rob went on to to reveal he was forced to get in shape for his next job, as he said: “I have a great job coming up if the strikes come to an end and I’ve decided to get into superhero shape, without drugs, without PEDs, without help, just a 40 year old fat b*****d making do with what I have still going for me.”
      He shared a series of pictures as he revealed his weight of 220lbs (15.7 stone) to his fans.
      The actor told his fans: “You’re gonna be seeing a fair bit more activity over the next few months, and it’s the kind of activity and vanity I steadfastly avoid. Fitness S**t.
      “I’m going to try and avoid self defeating embarrassment and general autistic self destruction as much as possible and not die of shame.”

      Who was Andre Braugher?
      Andre Braugher was an American actor born on July 1, 1962, in Chicago, Illinois.
      Following a successful high school career, Andre was offered a scholarship to Stanford University where he studied theatre.
      He later attended the drama division at New York’s prestige performing arts school, The Juilliard School, graduating in 1988.
      Andre booked his first role the following year in the 1989 film Glory.

      The Chicago actor went on to land his break-out role as Detective Frank Pembleton on the 1993 TV police drama Homicide: Life on the Street.
      Andre since appeared on an array of hit shows and films including Brooklyn Nine-Nine, Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, and Law & Order: SVU.
      Due to his outstanding acting career, Andre received many accolades including two Emmy Awards and two Critics Choice TV Awards.

      Speaking to The Hollywood Reporter, Andre’s rep Jennifer Allen said the famed actor passed away on Monday, December 11, after suffering a brief illness.

      Helen, wrote a lengthy post to Instagram where she bashed those who “mum-shame” her and insisted she is a “good mum”.
      The actress looked stunning in a variety of lingerie, as she swiped at social media users who shame the way she dresses.
      Helen explained her thoughts in the caption, writing: “Here’s a question… Why is mum shaming a thing but dad shaming isn’t?”
      She went on to say: “I’ve always been and will always be such a good mum. It’s the most important job I’ve ever done! But I’m also a woman, and it’s been a tumultuous year and honestly, I’m just learning to look after myself and have fun along the way.”
