      During Tuesday morning’s BBC Radio Lancashire’s breakfast show, Graham faced backlash for his coverage of this year’s new The Apprentice line-up after he asked listeners to call in and give their opinions.
      The 42-year-old was keen to hear from people who had already appeared on mainstream television from Lancashire after businessman Paul Bowen was revealed as one of the 18 contestants heading into Lord Alan Sugar’s boardroom next month.
      While the BBC presenter listened to many good callers, one listener phoned in and put through a strongly worded complaint. 
      Graham posted a recording of the rant he read out on the BBC Radio show onto his X(Twitter) account.

      Reading out loud, Graham said: “You’re getting boring, and your producer can’t think of anything fresh. 
      “Also, the guy from Chorley isn’t the first person from Lancashire to go on The Apprentice, a guy called Adam went on it in the late 90s.
      “If you need to do more research, rather than talking about what you’ve been up to at the weekend or what you’re doing in the next few days. Rant over, thanks, stop being so camp.”
      As he stopped reading the snide complaint, he cheekily replied: “Oh, you b****h!”

      In the background, cries of laughter can be heard before Graham started chuckling and added: “I don’t know what you mean?”
      Fans quickly reacted to the post and defended the radio host, admitting that it made them chuckle. 
      One user tweeted: “Good grief!! Why on earth do they bother to listen, then?
      “If they don’t want authentic humour mixed with current local and national news, then they need to turn that dial.
      “I, for one, am looking forward to you waking me up tomorrow at 6am with THE best breakfast show around.”
      Another joked: “As a fellow radio presenter, is it now fair game to say the B word now it’s been said on the BBC? This made my morning! Haha.”
      A third added: “Oh dear, this listener just doesn’t get our dysfunctional family, do they? And that’s why we love you because it’s not normal boring stuff.”
      A fourth chimed: “Brilliant response. Love it.”

      Who is David Jason?
      Sir David Jason is a British TV actor, most known for his comedy shows and involvement in the detective drama, A Touch of Frost.
      He was born in Edmonton, Middlesex in 1940, with a twin brother, who was sadly stillborn.
      His full, real name is David John White.
      The star has been given a series of accolades in recognition for his work in acting and comedy – being given and OBE in 1993, before being knighted in 2005.

      The actor is perhaps best known for his role as Derek “Del Boy” Trotter in the BBC sitcom Only Fools and Horses.

      David has been married to wife Gill Hinchcliffe since 2005.

      Only Fools and Horses
      Only Fools and Horses was a sitcom based in Peckham while ran from 1981 to 1996 – with specials in 2001, 2002 and 2003.
      It followed the lives of a wheeler dealer family – The Trotters – with Del Boy (Sir David) having delusions of grandeur as he tried to become a millionaire.
      Nicholas Lyndhurst played his brother, Rodney, with Buster Merryfield playing Uncle Albert, and Lennard Pearce playing their granddad.
      They lived in a council flat and would frequently try dodgy dealings in their quest to make it to the big time.
      Open All Hours
      Starring Ronnie Barker, Open All Hours was a corner shop based sitcom taking place in Doncaster.
      The much-loved show ran from 1973 to 1985.
      David played Granville, the put-upon nephew of Ronnie’s character, Albert Cartwright.
      A Touch of Frost
      Taking on a more gritty role, David plays Detective Inspector Frost – a no-nonsense old-school cop based in the fictional Denton CID.
      The detective serial drama sees Frost alongside his cohorts working to discover the culprits of a series of crimes.
      It ran from 1992 before eventually ending in 2010.
      Darling Buds of May
      One of David’s much-loved characters has to be Pop Larkin from Darling Buds of May.
      The show ran in the early 90s, and revolved around a Kentish family living on a farm.
      A bit like Del Boy, Pop was a bit of a wheeler dealer.
      The Darling Buds of May most notably launched the career of Catherine Zeta-Jones, who became a Hollywood star.
      Still Open All Hours
      Still Open Hours kicked off in 2013 and came to an end in 2020.
      It followed the story of Granville who inherited the Arkwright’s corner shop from his uncle.
      The show is a sequel to Open All Hours which ran from 1973 to 1985.
      Touring Toolshed
      In January 2024, Sir David took up a new role presenting as a host with his new best friend Jay Blades from BBC’s The Repair Shop.
      The heartwarming series sees them visit various air shows, steam rallies, county fairs and vintage festivals around the UK.
      Together they meet some of the UK’s most talented crafters, makers and tinkerers, as well as those who could use some help along the way.
      It is airing every Monday night at 6.30pm on BBC Two until April 2024.

      Even though fans have praised the show en-masse, Jay, 53, admitted that the pair may not have always quite seen eye to eye.
      The star opened up on a previous encounter he had with the star after he competed on Strictly Come Dancing.
      Talking with hosts Lauren Laverne, 45, and Gethin Jones, 45, he admitted: “Sometimes I think ‘Am I really working with him?’
      “What brought us together was, I was on Strictly and I danced to the theme tune of Only Fools and Horses.

      LOVE Island star Tom Clare has hinted to a fans that he is heading for the All Stars villa as a bombshell. Tom, 24, found fame in last year’s winter series of Love Island and he made it to the final with Samie Elishi.

      Tom returned to his day job as a footballer for Macclesfield FC soon after his stint on the show, but now it appears he could be set to try his luck on Love Island again.
      The sportsman has shared a topless mirror selfie on Instagram with the cryptic caption: “We back.”
      He has added a fist pump emoji for good measure and it has left fans wondering if it means he is going “back” to Love Island.

      It comes after the Mail Online said Tom had been ‘in talks’ with All Stars bosses.
      If Tom does return to the villa, it will be a massive U-turn for him.
      Last summer, following his split with Samie, he declared he was “done” with Love Island.
      Tom moved in with his co-star Casey O’Gorman and said he was putting his stint on the show behind him.

      Bear, 33, has served 11 months out of the 21 he was sentenced to for the twisted revenge porn act.
      Jessica – who split from her former fiancé during his jail time – appears to have moved on with her new boyfriend Danny, though.
      In her latest Instagram Story, she posted a photo of a stuffed toy alongside some glasses of white wine.
      The OnlyFans model wrote in her caption, “When he buys u a jelly cat cos ur stressed, ily x. Everyone meet katrina x.”

      Bear’s release today came two days after the convicted criminal’s 34th birthday.
      During his time in prison, Bear was earning less than a fiver a week after getting a job packaging tea and coffee for fellow inmates at HMP Chelmsford.
      Then, Bear was transferred to HMP Brixton, a Category C prison, where he was earning £8 a week working in the prison gym.
      It was expected his freedom would be granted halfway through the sentence and now the shamed star has confirmed his exact release date.

      In a message from Bear’s official X account, someone who appeared to be writing on behalf of the inmate wrote: “I will be leaving Brixton prison on the 17th January.”
      “Can’t wait to get my life back on track. Who’s excited to see me?” he added including a bizarre poll.
      People were given the option to chose between “I can’t wait to see you” or “I’d rather watch paint dry” – so far there have been over 8,500 votes.
      A source told The Sun: “Stephen has served his time – and he’s due out of prison in the next few weeks.
      “However, he’s been telling pals he’s not the same man that went into prison.
      “There will be no hopping back on to social media or rolling straight back into the nearest nightclub when he gets out, he says he just wants to get back to east London and his family.
      “Obviously time will tell if he has changed his ways.”
      Jessica had previously vowed to wait for him on the outside, after showing support on the court steps throughout the trial.
      However, she dumped him in September and Bear is said to have “cried for days”, begging for her back.
      Just days ahead of her ex-boyfriend’s release, Jessica was spotted enjoying a romantic date with another love interest named Josh.
      Bear’s conviction came after he secretly filmed himself and Georgia having consensual sex on CCTV and raked in least £40,000 after uploading it on the adult site.
      Georgia bravely waived her right to anonymity during the trial to reveal the trauma she went through and raise awareness for other women.
      The Love Island star took to social media after it was revealed her sicko ex was set to be released from prison.
      “Dear universe … thank you for everything,” she penned in a reflective post.
      “Thank you for the blessings , thank you for the lessons, thank you for the mistakes that weren’t really mistakes.
      “Thank you for the friends that became angels, thank you for the tears watering the seeds of new beginnings and thank you for the law of attraction…”
      In her latest venture, the reality TV icon has signed up to appear in the new Love Island All Stars.
