    Beachside Bliss
“My personal recommendation is always the laid-back and friendly atmosphere of San Francisco or as it is lovingly called by the locals “San Pancho.” It has this wonderful mix of boho-chic surfer town and a place you could see yourself retire.”

    Keep It Local
“San Pancho has a beautiful beach, plenty of local eateries to please every palate, and some boutiques selling very tasteful and authentic Mexican handicrafts. I absolutely love the shop Huapango.”

“Sayulita is also great, my favourite shop there is Manyana and a close second would be Anncla, a beautiful boutique. Restaurants to check out in Sayulita would be Sur38 and Zingaro – absolutely exquisite cuisine.”

For some serious downtown, book your escape to Mexico ASAP.
    La Valise Tulum

La Valise is inspired by the natural beauty of the Tulum jungle. Palapa ceilings, stripped wood furniture, blonde and azure hues and Yutucan tex- tiles all combine to make this all you could dream of in a Mexican escape. Palm-lined sandy paths connect each area of the tiny nine-roomed resort. There’s no spa, but treatments are provided in-room and the restaurant is an exotic al fresco affair serving alternative takes on familiar Mexican classics.

    Viceroy Riviera Maya

With 41 suites this adult-only, low-rise escapee is as peaceful as it comes. Pack light so you can make use of the kit on site as the hotel loans guests sombreros, books and snorkelling gear. For a true touch of luxe, book a thatched Royal Villa for your own butler, pool, hammock, huge soaking tub and indoor-outdoor showers.
