SELENA Gomez has told fans she is quitting social media as rumours continue to swirl about her ‘feud’ with Kylie Jenner at the Golden Globes.
The US star, 31, has taken to Instagram and confirmed to her 429million followers that she is stepping back from the platform.
Her decision to take a break comes after she was filmed engrossed in conversation with Taylor Swift and Miles Teller’s wife Keleigh Sperry at the Golden Globes on Sunday.
It is rumoured Selena was talking about Kylie and her boyfriend, actor Timothee Chalamet, who made their first official appearance together at the glitzy awards bash.
There was no audio to the video but fans are convinced Selena was telling Taylor she had asked for a photo with the Wonka star, but that Kylie had refused.
Taking to Instagram on Wednesday, Selena shared a video of her boyfriend Benny Blanco larking around with two unnamed children.

She captioned the clip: “I’m off social media for a while. I’m focusing on what really matters.”
Selena found herself at the centre of headlines following Sunday night’s Golden Globes in Beverly Hills, California.
Wearing a stunning red gown with black flower embellishments, the former Disney star was filmed leaning across Taylor and Keleigh for an animated and juicy chat.
Both Taylor, 34, and Keleigh, 31 seemed shocked by whatever the Only Murders In The Building star was saying.

It hasn’t been confirmed exactly what was spilled, but Keleigh could be heard loudly asking, “With Timothee?” to which Selena then nodded.
Timothee, 28, and Kylie, 26, were sitting at another table inside the bash at the Beverly Hills Hilton.
One fan reposted two angles of the same video on X, formerly known as Twitter, to share their opinion on what they thought Selena had said to her pals.
They claimed she’d revealed: “I asked for a picture with him and she (Kylie Jenner) said no.”
But breaking her silence on the incident, Selena – who was nominated for a Golden Globe – has since rubbished the suggestion.
Writing on Instagram before deciding to quit, she said: “Noooooo I told Taylor about two of my friends who hooked up. Not that that’s anyone business.”
Kylie, who found fame as a child in Keeping Up With The Kardashians, is thought to have been dating Timothee since April.
They have kept tight-lipped about their romance and their Golden Globes appearance was their first official red carpet together.
Selena, meanwhile, appeared alongside the American-French actor in the 2019 film A Rainy Day In New York.
