Inside Madonna’s changing face as she looks transformed at Oscars party – from Marilyn Monroe clone to ‘alien’ makeover

SHE’S reinvented herself more times than Doctor Who during her legendary music career.

And these days, Madonna, 65, looks practically unrecognisable from the angel-faced singer who rose to fame with iconic hits like Lucky Star and Like a Virgin.

At the Grammy Awards last year she was branded ‘unrecognisable’

Appearing at her annual Oscars party this week, the Queen of Pop changed things up once more, pictured alongside Oppenheimer star Cillian Murphy in a Christian Lacroix corset and eye-catching wig.

Earlier this year, fans pleaded with Madonna to ease off the filters and “face apps” as she posted pictures online.

One said: “Why does she need to face app every pick [sic]. I think she looks beautiful on tour and looks great for someone 65.”

It followed a scene-stealing appearance at the Grammy Awards last year, where she delivered a bizarre speech ahead of Sam Smith’s performance.

ON MADONNA

Many felt the Frozen singer looked completely different, with one Twitter user commenting: “If they didn’t announce that was Madonna I’d have no idea who this person presenting at the Grammy’s was.”

She has never admitted to having work done on her face, explaining in 2012: “I am certainly not against plastic surgery. However, I am absolutely against having to discuss it.”

It is highly suspected she has had collagen implants, Botox and facial peels, according to cosmetic experts.

In 2019, following a performance on New Year’s Eve at New York’s Stonewall Inn, it was widely speculated Madonna had butt implants.

In response to the claims, Madonna said in a post: “Desperately seeking no one’s approval… and entitled to free agency over my body like everyone else!”
