KATE Ferdinand has revealed she has a “therapy room” in her huge mansion that she shares with husband Rio and their family.
The former Towie star, 32, firstly shared a picture of her huge dressing room, with floor to wall mirrors and plenty of wardrobe space.
There is also a makeup area and space for Kate to try on her outfits – perfect for when she’s getting glammed up for glitzy red carpet events.
But when the star wants some peace and quiet, she can visit her very own therapy room, which she has turned into a tranquil zone away from her hectic family life.
She posted a picture yoga mats on the floor, surrounded by candles and a fitness machine in one corner of the room.
There are also some inspirational quotes on the wall to keep the ex-realty star feeling motivated.

Kate has also shared a sneak peek at her all-cream modern kitchen – which features a dining island with matching grey marble effect.
She then posted a snap of one of her kids bedroom as the doting mum could be seen on the floor reading to her son Cree, two, and daughter Shea, six months.
Kate – who is married to former Manchester United legend Rio Ferdinand – is also step-mum to his three kids, Lorenz, 14, Tate, 12, and Tia, nine, who he shared with his late wife Rebecca.
Last year, opened up about her terrifying raid on her home.

Kate appeared on ITV’s Lorraine to talk about her new book, How To Build A Family, when she told presenter Lorraine Kelly that they were “all safe and well”.
Kate added: “Thank you for asking.”
Rio caught an intruder in their back garden and held him until cops arrived.
The ex-England ace, 44, saw the man at his South East London home and managed to hand him over to the police.
The security scare was said to have left the family shaken up.
