We think the 48-year-old presenter looks better than ever – and her 1.2 million Instagram followers agree.
Amanda posted the stunning snap, which has been liked 65,000 times in less than 24 hours, while on holiday with her family in Corfu.
It shows the Britain’s Got Talent judge wearing a barely-there bikini by Solid and Striped. And while her striking swimwear – which features a bold orange and white floral print and flattering tie-side detailing – was a hit with fans, it was her incredible physique that really got tongues wagging.
Celeb pals Jenni Falconer, Fleur East and Abbey Clancy were quick to comment, with Fleur writing: ‘Banging body!’ and Abbey adding: ‘Yes mama!’
And Amanda’s fans were just as impressed. ‘Amanda you are sensational,’ wrote one. ‘Just wow!!’ another added. ‘Stunning,’ said a third. ‘I know it’s hot here, but I think you’re going to make me faint!’ another user joked. ‘Jeez… little Beauty,’ another pitched in.
She might have a body most women half her age can only dream of, but the lucky 48-year-old insists that she eats and drinks ‘everything’ and doesn’t diet. But she does lead an active lifestyle, with daily yoga sessions and morning runs, as well as a healthy vegetarian diet.
She’s also confessed that she hits a fitness camp in Portugal before the BGT live shows. ‘It’s lots of avocado, chickpeas and quinoa salads as well as hikes and boxing,’ she told Mail Online. ‘It’s really good for your mindset, rather like unplugging your computer and plugging it back in.’
But, a girl after our own hearts, she still says she loves ‘a glass of wine and going out’.
In another post, Amanda, who has two daughters with husband Chris Hughes, admitted that after ‘squeezing the last drops of summer out’ on their latest family holiday, she was ‘dreading the girls going back to school’ but looking forward to returning to her presenting job on Heart Radio.
