      Blue Ivy, 12, looked elegant as she stood next to the rap icon, 54, in an ensemble that beautifully contrasted his.
      While he sported an all-black suit, the preteen donned a white age-appropriate off-the-shoulder dress that was very princess-like.
      The daddy-daughter duo fully represented Afrocentrism with their hairdos: Jay-Z with his thick dreadlocks, and Blue Ivy with her goddess braids.
      Jay-Z joked that his Grammy awards used to be a “sippy cup for Blue” before he admiringly informed the audience that was no longer the case since she’s “grown up and has her own Grammys.”

      Viewers watching from home couldn’t get over how much the rising child star had matured.
      On X, which used to be Twitter, a plethora of people fawned over Blue Ivy.
      “Blue Ivy is growing up right before our eyes. #Grammys,” a Grammy watcher tweeted.
      A second fan noted: “Blue ivy is so big #Grammys,” attaching a meme of a cat crying.

      If fans weren’t commenting on how much Blue Ivy had grown, then they were praising her for her beauty and resemblance to the Knowles-Carter matriarch, 42.
      “Blue looks absolutely stunning! like mother like daughter. Queens,” a fan complimented.
      Another joked: “BEY HOW U GONNA LET BLUE OUTDRESS U.”
      A third person added: “Blue looks so classy and beautiful omg.”

      Blue Ivy won her first Grammy at the tender age of 9 years old for her Brown Skin Girl music video. 
      The talented performer beat off stiff competition from the likes of Future, Drake, Harry Styles, Anderson.Paak and Woodkid to scoop the coveted prize.
      Ahead of the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards, Blue Ivy was awarded her first Grammy in the best music video category for Beyoncé’s Brown Skin Girl. 
      She won the accolade alongside her mom Beyonce, collaborator Wizkid, as well as the video’s director Jenn Nkiru.
      Speaking about the video and song, Beyonce told Good Morning America in 2021: “It was so important to me in Brown Skin Girl that we represented all different shades of brown. 
      “We wanted every character to be shot in a regal light… It was important that we are all in this together and we’re all celebrating each other.”
      Fans were thrilled for the youngster and congratulated her over Twitter before it became X.
      One gushed: “Blue Ivy won her FIRST of many #GRAMMYs.”

      TAYLOR Swift has announced her next new album. And much to the surprise of many fans, it’s not a new version of Reputation.The singer dropped the news as she picked up her lucky 13th Grammy award.

      Taylor took the Grammy stage to accept the award for Best Pop Vocal Album.
      She used her acceptance speech to reveal the new album, titled The Tortured Poets Department, will come out April 19.
      “Ok, this is my 13th Grammy, which is my lucky number. I don’t know if I’ve ever told you that,” Taylor joked after being handed her latest trophy.
      After thanking the voters and her fans, she made her big announcement.

      “I want to say thank you to the fans by telling you a secret that I’ve been keeping from you for the last two years – which is that my brand new album comes out April 19.
      “It’s called The Tortured Poets Department. I’m going to go and post the cover right now backstage.”

      Of course, the surprise news broke the internet, with Swifties everywhere screaming in delight.
      “I am so excited for this,” one fan gushed on X, formerly known as Twitter. “I have a feeling (Taylor) outdid herself again.

      A second fan announced, “This album is about to crash my soul and I’m not even joking, I feel it.”

      Just a little earlier, fans were convinced some big news was coming, after seeing clues as Taylor walked the red carpet.
      The pop music superstar left fans shocked as she wore a large white dress with a short train following.
      Taylor also wore arm-length black gloves with her makeup touched to perfection including a bright red lip and a stunning cat eye.
      Black and white are the two colors of her cover for her album Reputation, which ignited suspicion that the re-release of her sixth studio album could be coming soon.
      Many fans flooded X with their conspiracy theories.
      “One thing about Taylor Swift is she knows how to do promo. The same day she turns her profile picture on all platforms black and white, she attends the Grammys in black and white… Iconic behavior [not gonna lie]. Reputation (Taylor’s version) is coming soon,” one person gussed.

      The pop music superstar left fans shocked as she wore a large white dress with a short train following.
      Taylor also wore arm-length black gloves with her makeup touched to perfection including a bright red lip and a stunning cat eye.

      Before hitting up the red carpet, Taylor changed her profile pictures on her social media accounts to her Midnights album.
      However, it was black and white – which are the two colors of her album cover, Reputation, which gave followers a clue that the re-release of her sixth studio album could be coming soon.

      After viewing her attire, fans rushed to X, formerly Twitter, to share their thoughts on her black and white outfit.

      KELLY Clarkson has brought an unexpected guest as her date for the Grammy Awards. On Sunday night, the US daytime TV show host flaunted her weight loss in an all-white ensemble.

      Kelly, 41, was all smiles on the red carpet as she held onto her son, Remington’s, seven, hand.
      The Kelly Clarkson Show host wore a plunging slim-fitting gown with her white sleeves down near her elbows.
      The floor-length dress showed off her curves perfectly while a short train followed behind.
      Kelly’s hair was left down and over her shoulders while her makeup was touched to perfection.

      Meanwhile, Remington looked dapper in a velvet red tuxedo with a frizzled black and white shirt underneath along with a colorful boutonniere on his collar.
      For footwear, the seven-year-old wore brown boots with spikes on the front.
      Along with Remington, Kelly also shares nine-year-old daughter River with ex Brandon Blackstock, 47.
      Kelly has full custody of her children.

      OH NO, KELL!
      Earlier last month, Kelly was scolded by a guest after she didn’t know something about Remington.
      She chatted with singer AleXa about the savage mosquitos in South Korea, where she has been living for the past few years.
      “The mosquitos in Korea are massive,” the pop star – whose real name is Alexaundra Christine Schneiderman – said.
      “I can’t stand mosquitos!” Kelly replied.
      “And I get attacked. It is so funny – my daughter and I will have a thousand red bumps on us and my son will not have one.”
      Leaning into AleXa, she asked, “What does that mean?”
      “What blood type is he?” the singer enquired.
      “I don’t even… I should know,” Kelly said, faltering and looking sheepish.
      “You should know!” AleXa replied sternly, before bursting out laughing.
      Kelly winced and admitted, “I should know. I’m sure it’s on a card in my wallet somewhere.”
      “Because apparently mosquitos love certain blood types,” AleXa explained.
      ENFORCING THE RULES
      In an interview last month, the Miss Independent hitmaker revealed that she has banned Remington and River from using social media.
      “[Social media] can be really hard on kids in general but especially kids with parents in the public eye,” the American Idol star told People.
      “So I have informed them they’re not allowed to, under my roof, ever have [it].”
      The TV show host also admitted that she struggles to enforce rules for her children after splitting from Brandon.
      “It’s hard enough when you’re married and come from two different backgrounds and ways to discipline and educate,” she said.
      “Doing that in different households can be tough.”
      “My daughter was like, ‘Well, what if Dad lets me?’ I’m like, ‘Well, you’re there four days a month. Enjoy that,'” she added.
      “And right now he’s not letting them do it either. I’ll listen when they’re older, but until they have a solid argument, it’s a no.”
      She met Brandon backstage at a rehearsal for the Academy of Country Music Awards in 2006.

      Killer Mike ‘arrested’ at Grammy Awards moments after winning album prize as rapper shown being led away in handcuffs

      RAPPER Killer Mike has been taken away from the Grammys in handcuffs after winning three awards. The artist swept the rap category before a reporter captured a video of him being escorted out of the Crypto.com arena around 7.30 pm.

      He collected the gong for Best Rap Song and Best Rap Performance for Scientists & Engineers, and Best Rap Album for Michael.
      A writer with The Hollywood Reporter, Chris Gardner, has been documenting the detention of Killer Mike, whose real name is Michael Santiago Render, via X (formerly Twitter).
      Gardner wrote: “Rapper Killer Mike has been taken away in handcuffs in [Crypto.com] arena after winning 3 #Grammys during telecast.”
      The artist could be seen being escorted by two police officers while people from his team trailed behind.

      As they all walked a bystander yelled: “Free Mike.”
      Gardner reported that an official said the artist’s detention at the Grammys was related to a misdemeanor that occurred prior to today.
      A source said “It’s a big nothing” with an official telling the rapper’s team that he could be released the same night.
      Some fans questioned how small the related crime could be if police decided to detain the artist during such a public event.

      One X user wrote: “Weird that they’d treat a public person like this over a misdemeanor, full perp walk and dressing down.”
      Another questioned: “A big nothing? Then why arrest him at this moment?!”
      Another theory is that Killer Mike’s detention is related to an incident that occurred DURING the awards show tonight.
      According to TMZ, a law enforcement contact said that Killer Mike’s detention at the Grammys was related to a physical altercation with a security guard at the event and they were attempting to sort out what occurred.
      The LAPD has since confirmed the reason behind the rapper’s arrest.
      “On Sunday, February 4th just after 4 pm a male adult was detained & handcuffed for a physical altercation that occurred at the 700 block of Chick Hearn Court,” the police department said in a post on X.
      “The suspect was placed under arrest and was transported to LAPD Central Division.
      “The suspect has been identified as 48-year-old Michael Render and booked for Misdemeanor Battery 243(A) PC, and is in the process of being released.”
      The U.S. Sun has reached out to the police regarding the incident.
      Render’s arrest comes after the artist spoke out about the Young Thug YSL case in May of 2023.
      Killer Mike told Good Morning America at the time: “The side of town he comes from — Cleveland Avenue, southeast Atlanta — has been wrought with poverty forever … he managed to escape the streets using rap lyrics, and he’s managed to help people change their lives.”
      The artist is a long-time activist fighting against the use of rap lyrics in court cases, as was allowed in the YSL case.
      He explained: “Young Thug — that’s a character that Jeffrey Williams created … but Jeffrey Williams is a father.
      “He’s a human being that’s capable of love, care, and compassion.”
      Following his detention at the Grammys, fans and colleagues alike are speaking out.
      Artist Meek Mill wrote in an X post: “To arrest killer Mike immediately after the Grammies propaganda…. A lot of people are questioning the decision making and bases of the award choosing in the gen z era… their timing to award black men be totally off!”
      Fans are similarly outraged at the timing.
      One X user wrote: “If anyone is actually wondering, Killer Mike got arrested for a misdemeanor which is bulls**t to arrest him at the biggest night of his life.”
      Another commented on Gardner’s post: “Ridiculous! If it’s nothing, why not wait until after the Grammys!”
      Another fan shared: “There is no reason to arrest him at the Grammys? WTH.”
      Some fans pointed to race as a contributing factor in the decision to detain the artist on such a monumental night.
      A viewer posted: “It’s a big something when a Black musical artist gets arrested on the biggest stage of the industry.”

      This nod alone puts her within touching distance of becoming the first artist to win the prize for a fourth time.
      She first won Album of the Year — seen as the event’s most celebrated award — in 2010 for second release Fearless, then again in 2016 with 1989.
      The 2021 ceremony saw Folklore — her eighth collection — bag the title.

      Despite never yet being victorious in the Song of the Year category, Taylor’s nomination for her mega-hit Anti-Hero also gave her another historic marker.
      She is the most nominated artist ever in the category with seven nods.
      Due to her relentless work ethic, Taylor missed out on music producer Clive Davis’s annual pre-Grammys bash at the Beverly Hilton.
      She was rehearsing for the upcoming leg of her Eras Tour, in Tokyo, Japan.

      Kylie has been on cloud nine for months after bagging her first Grammy nomination in two decades thanks to mega-hit Padam Padam.
      Despite countless rumours, Taylor will not perform at the Grammys with the singer keen to keep laser-focused on her upcoming gigs.
      A source said: “The bottom line is Taylor’s schedule is already superhuman.
      “She has four back-to-back shows in Tokyo in the coming days and has to protect her voice and also her health.
      “A performance would have been too much of a gamble.”
      But Dua Lipa is due to Dance The Night away.

      Britney had said she was sorry if she “offended any of the people I genuinely care about” in her autobiography The Woman In Me.
      A source said: “Justin is really not happy how things have gone down.
      “He wanted the music to speak for itself but that’s clearly not happening.
      “His comments on stage last week have only added fuel to the fire.
      The idea of a sit down chat with someone like Oprah Winfrey was floated months ago and is now back on the cards.
      “He really doesn’t want to do it but the louder the backlash gets the more he feels he may have to.”
      Justin came under fire after appearing to take the mickey out of Britney’s apology when he was on stage last week.
      The arrogant star was about to sing when he told the audience: “I’m going to take time to apologise . . . to absolutely f***ing nobody.”
      Speaking out and setting the record straight is the least Justin could do.

      CHARLI XCX is hitting out at the expectations placed on female pop stars and ditching any filter in the lyrics on her new record.
      I’m told the Beg For You singer has taken inspiration from bad experiences in the industry and has put her emotions out in her upcoming tunes.

      A source close to Charli said: “There are songs specifically about people who have been bitches to her.
      “Some of them are about people she feels have wronged her. Others are a bit more abstract.
      “She has some which are more about the anxiety she feels around certain people.
      “Charli has been in the game for a decade now and isn’t scared to sing about how she really feels.”
      Her fans won’t have to wait long to hear her new music, with her first single, Von Dutch, expected out this month.
      Charli, who topped the charts with her most recent album Crash in 2022, counts Dua Lipa and Rita Ora as mates, so they ought to be safe in her new music.
      But she has brushed shoulders with plenty of other stars over the years so some of them just might end up hearing some lyrics about them.

      I understand Calum’s predicament.

      Singer Bebe Rexha, 34, and producer Mark Ronson, 48, who is nominated for four awards thanks to his work on the Barbie soundtrack, were also at the event on Thursday evening.
      It’s not the first time the mother of four, 50, has raised eyebrows as shown by her recent getaway on the Caribbean island of St Barts. 
      At one point, Heidi lounged on a rubber reindeer, flashing her behind in a black string bikini, as rocker husband Tom Kaulitz swims up for a chat.
