      Oritse Williams, 37, is a singer-songwriter and record producer from London.
      He soared to success with bandmates Aston Merrygold, Marvin Humes and JB Gill as their group, JLS, became one of the breakout acts of 2008.
      They shot to fame after finishing runners-up on X Factor
      Oritse was the founding member, teaming up with Marvin who had music business experience.
      The band had four UK top three albums as well as five UK number one singles.
      After releasing a greatest hits compilation in late 2013, followed by a farewell arena tour across the UK, the group split, playing their final gig at the 02 in London in December 2013.
      The band reunited last year in what was their biggest tour in the groups career.
      JLS sold more than 10million records across the world and were at one point the UK’s biggest boyband.
      When was Oritsé Williams cleared of rape?
      On September 12, 2018, Oritse was charged with raping a fan.
      He and a friend were accused of a sex attack in 2016 on a waitress, 20, after a Wolverhampton gig. He denied it.
      On May 28, 2019, the singer was unanimously cleared of rape at Wolverhampton Crown Court after around two hours and 17 minutes of deliberation.
      His tour manager Jamien Nagadhana was also cleared of two sexual assault charges.
      The alleged incident is said to have taken place after a concert at the Gorgeous Club to promote his solo album Waterline at Ramada Park Hall hotel.
      Williams, of Croydon, South London, pleaded not guilty to rape during a court hearing in November last year.
      Nagadhana, also 32, from Hounslow, West London, denied a charge of assault by penetration.

      Insiders said the Kick-Ass movie star is expected to accept the role as 007, taking over from Daniel Craig, who has played MI6’s most famous spy for 15 years.
      Eon Productions, which makes the spy thriller films, is on course to start shooting this year.
      A source said: “Bond is Aaron’s job, should he wish to accept it. The formal offer is on the table and they are waiting to hear back.
      “As far as Eon is concerned, Aaron is going to sign his contract in the coming days and they can start preparing for the big announcement.”
      The next Bond movie had been delayed because of last year’s Hollywood strikes.
      But insiders confirmed a script was now being worked on, with production scheduled to take place at Pinewood Studios in Buckinghamshire.
      Aaron, 33, was in the running for the top job alongside actors including Oscar-winning Cillian Murphy, Idris Elba, Henry Cavill and James Norton.

      “The project will deliver biodiversity enhancements in an ecologically appropriate location. The hole has just got bigger and bigger.Jackie InchLocalHe told The Telegraph: “I believe this planning application should be turned down in its entirety and the lakes filled in.“The noise from the work on these lakes directly affected me.”While Jamie admitted he would “hate” to see the farmhouse flooded, the work “should not have been carried out without seeking proper consent”.”I don’t believe the local residents had any say in this ‘development’ until the lakes had been dug, and no concern was shown to local residents around noise issues,” he continued.’EYESORE’Meanwhile, fellow resident Jackie Inch, dubbed the massive hole an “eyesore”.The disgruntled neighbour said previously: “When I open my bedroom curtains in the morning the first thing I see is that eyesore.”She recalled her shock after the actor and his producer wife “went ahead without permission”.“We had no idea they were going to do it,” Jackie added.“The hole has just got bigger and bigger.”’VERY MUCH WELCOME’However, there are several residents who hail the new water feature.Local Tom Kemp said: “This project will bring desperately needed biodiversity and wildlife conservation improvements. “I can see most of the site from my bedroom window, and wholeheartedly welcome the effect on my view.”Meanwhile, neighbour Amy agreed the lake would have a positive impact on biodiversity in the area.“I can see the ponds from my house and very much welcome the change to the view and monoculture,” she added.Another resident Ty Schlechter agreed and said: “The owners have clearly taken on a great deal of responsibility and sought detailed professional advice on this matter.”It will be wonderful to see and hear wildlife in the village and I wish to support their endeavour which can only help improve the local environment especially against localised flooding.”What are your rights?Planning permission guidance according to gov.uk

      “And suddenly there was a tannoy announcement that said, ‘Ladies and gentlemen, Monty Don is here’.”
      He added: “So I left, I legged it. And so I don’t go to garden centres so much, but I… It’s a shame.”
      Monty’s new show started last night.
      Speaking about the programme, he previously said: “This was filmed last year when I spent seven weeks in Spain across April, May, June and October and covers over 40 different gardens right across Spain.
      “I found it an exhilarating and fascinating experience with stunning gardens and learned so much more about the country – despite having visited many times before as a tourist.

      KIMBERLEY Walsh has given fans a rare look at her mansion’s huge garden with a swimming pool and basketball net.The Girls Aloud star, 42, lives in a stunning property with her husband Justin Scott, 41, and their three sons Bobby, eight, Cole, six and Nate, two.

      Kimberley was over the moon to see some snow fall from the sky yesterday afternoon, so got her phone out to record it.
      The short clip, that she posted on Instagram, gave followers sneak peek of her outdoor space of her mansion.
      Kimberley stood at her balcony which looks down onto the garden.
      “If you look really closely it’s snowing,” the singer confessed.

      The space has a stylish white patio, outdoor seating and a BBQ.
      Kimberley’s sons will have the best time this summer splashing around in the swimming pool and playing basketball.
      It comes shortly after the mum-of-three revealed her incredible Christmas makeover at her mansion.
      Kimberley went all out to decorate her home for the festive season – and made an extra effort to transform her front door into a magical winter wonderland.

      Last month Girls Aloud announced a huge tour update after furious fans couldn’t buy tickets.
      In November The Sun revealed that the band, made up of Cheryl Tweedy, Kimberley Walsh, Nicola Roberts and Nadine Coyle, have planned a huge reunion.
      Many of their fans missed out on buying a ticket, so they’ve added 14 dates to the tour.
      The group are paying tribute to their late bandmate Sarah Harding.

      NSYNC’s Lance Bass said the Spice Girls singer and England football hero once had his dogs Dingo and Foster put in a pound after they hopped over the fence between their homes in Beverly Hills.
      Lance told the Frosted Tips podcast: “I lived next door to Victoria many years ago.
      “I had just moved into this house and I didn’t know there was a hole in the gate and they escaped.
      “I was at a club and got a call like, ‘Hi, we have your dogs at Beverly Hills jail’.
