How did she meet Susan Calman?
Susan first met her wife, Lee in 2002 when they were both lawyers.
They became civil partners in 2012.
In 2015, they got married and now live together in Glasgow.
Speaking about their wedding and civil partnership ceremony, Susan told The Telegraph in 2016: “They were two of the happiest days of my life.

“And, yes, being married does make a difference.
“I don’t like it when people say it’s just a bit of paper. Not to me it isn’t.
“And anyway, it’s something gay people fought for over many years.”
Speaking about the big day again in 2017, Susan told the Big Issue: “If I could go back to any moment in my life it would be my wedding at the Fruitmarket in Glasgow.
“I’d love to do the first dance again. It was to Bring Me Sunshine.
“We didn’t have a dance for it, we just bobbed about the place, not knowing what to do.
“But the lyrics of that song are so beautiful. We’d been civil partners and then we got married when it became legal.
“I think that’s why it was a doubly joyous day, because society had moved on in a way I couldn’t have dreamt of when I was 16.
“And we could have a big party just celebrating love.”
The couple do not have any children.

Susan has made appearances on Radio 4, The News Quiz, Now Show, and So Wrong It’s Right, among others.
She has hosted Woman’s House and Listomania.
As a TV panellist, she has been part of shows like Have I Got News For You, Mock The Week, QI, Pointless Celebrities, 8 Out Of 10 Cats, and Would I Lie To You.
In 2017, she competed on the 15th series of Strictly Come Dancing, reaching the 10th week before elimination.
