Who is Stephanie Pratt?

Stephanie Pratt was born in LA, California, on April 11, 1986.

When she was just 14, Stephanie became hooked on crystal meth – smoking the drug up to 13 times a day.

Stephanie was also regularly taking cocaine, and driving under the influence.

It wasn’t until a successful stint in a Texas rehab clinic in 2006 that Stephanie turned her back on drugs for good, and found fame on The Hills.

Stephanie first found fame on The Hills in 2007 and was a key cast member until it was axed three years later.

She made a fiery entrance onto the show, confronting Lauren Conrad in a nightclub.

But the pair became friends after discovering they attended the same college – the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising.

While on The Hills, Stephanie developed bulimia, with her weight plummeting to 7 1/2 stone.

In 2013, Stephanie joined Made In Chelsea as Spencer Matthew’s girlfriend.

A year later, she entered the Celebrity Big Brother house  before appearing on the first series of Celebs Go Dating in 2016.

She then returned for the eighth series of Made In Chelsea and met new boyfriend Josh Shepherd on the show.

The couple’s relationship moved from strength to strength with the pair enjoying Christmas 2014 in Barbados.

The couple then broke up during the filming of Made In Chelsea: LA.

In 2018, MTV announced a reboot of The Hills entitled The Hills: New Beginnings.

Stephanie was announced as part of the cast of the new series, which premiered on June 24, 2019.

In 2006, Stephanie was arrested after shoplifting £1,050 worth of merchandise from a Neiman Marcus shop in Honolulu, Hawaii, while working as a production assistant on Lost.

In 2009 she was arrested in Hollywood on suspicion of drink-driving.

Her breathalyser results were borderline, and Stephanie was released several hours later after paying £4,000 bail money.

In 2012, Stephanie’s then-boyfriend Julian Chabbott was arrested in New York for driving over a police officer’s foot, in a row over a parking ticket.

The incident was later uploaded to YouTube, and Stephanie could be seen driving Julian’s Ferrari away from the scene after his arrest.

Stephanie dated MIC star Spencer for three months in 2013.

She moved to London to be with him, and Spencer often told his co-stars how he struggled to have Steph living in his flat so soon.

But Spencer was not Stephanie’s only MIC lover.

She enjoyed a fling with Stevie Johnson during the filming of a spin-off series in New York.

Stephanie then called things off to start dating MIC newbie Josh Shepherd, who dumped her during filming for MIC LA a year later.

The blonde beauty has also been on dates with Richard Dinan, Julius Cowdrey and also pursued Alex Mytton.

During this time, Stephanie appeared on Celebrity Big Brother in 2014 where she found romance with housemate and Gogglebox star George Gilbey.

The pair shared a kiss on air, with George confessing his love after just 17 days.

However, the romance was short lived as he was seen kissing Bewitched star Edele Lynch under the covers during the live final.

George tried to win Stephanie back, telling her: “I really do love you, Edele was just a fling. Can you forgive me?”

But weeks later the Made in Chelsea star said the betrayal had been too much for her.

She said: “I’m obviously a very bad judge of character. Edele’s my best friend and so is George.

“I’m embarrassed for Edele because she has kids and she’s just separated.”

It was announced in March 2024 that George had passed away suddenly at the age of 40.

She had a whirlwind romance with Towie star Joey Essex after meeting him on Celebs Go Dating in 2016.

They insisted it was the real deal, but Joey dumped Stephanie three months later – complaining that he was being forced to spend too much time in Chelsea, away from his family in Essex.

Then in 2017 she dated Love Island’s Jonny Mitchell, but they split after only three months.

Steph is believed to be single as of March 2024.
