KHLOE Kardashian has flaunted her massive pout in a new photo from her Utah trip as fans begged the reality TV star to refrain from more plastic surgery.
The Good American co-founder shared the photo from her winter vacation on Snapchat.
In the photo, Khloe, 39; and her daughter True Thompson, five; are shown bundled up in their winter wardrobe as they smiled for the camera.
Snowcapped mountains, rolling hills, and a pine forest filled the scenic background.
Khloe donned an oversized Prada coat, black pants, a matching black beanie, and fuzzy brown boots to face the frigid Utah weather.
True sported a pink helmet, pink Crocs, and a black jacket and snow pants to help her withstand the chilly environment.
The Kardashians star showed off her signature plump pout as her five-year-old daughter gave the camera a shy grin.
Last month, Khloe shared new festive photos that left her critics saying ho-ho-hold on.
Eagle-eyed fans claimed there were major changes in the TV personality’s lips and chin as she posed with True and her niece, Dream Kardashian, six.
The Hulu star posted adorable photos of the trio attending a Christmas installation on her Instagram Stories.

However, it was the apparent transformation of her facial features that caught the attention of harsh observers.
‘WHO IS THAT?’
Reddit users didn’t hold back in expressing their observations in a forum dedicated to the zoomed-in snaps.
One comment read: “Can she leave her mouth alone? Her lips would look less horrid without the fillers and the over-lining
Another pointed out: “Wtf why does she have completely different chins in each pic.”
“WHO IS THAT,” gawked a third.
“Everything looks so plastic,” wrote a fourth.
A fifth accused: “She needs to stop fillers, her lips looks so bad and she looks so unrecognizable in every pic.”
KHLO DIFFERENT
Khloe was proud to have lost 60 lbs last year in the wake of her breakup with baby daddy Tristan Thompson.
But she has faced plenty of speculation over her changing face and body, with fans thinking she’s had more work done than she’s admitted.
In June 2021, she confirmed she’d had a nose job and Botox.
“For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’ I’ve had one nose job!” she said during the KUWTK reunion.
“Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me!
“You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”
She revealed in April that she got her nose job weeks before her daughter True’s first birthday in 2019.
“I got it a couple weeks before True‘s first birthday. Love it!” she tweeted.
Another fan tweeted the star saying: “Worst recovery ever! I’ll never do it again!”
Khloe responded: “Stop!!! Mine was a breeze. That’s crazy. It honestly was so easy for me. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.”
SURGERY SPECULATION
Earlier this year, a plastic surgeon told The U.S. Sun that it looks like Khloe has made numerous “subtle enhancements” over the years.
Khloe had been photographed looking significantly different while arriving at a medical facility where her ex Tristan Thompson, 32, was taking his younger brother.
Dr. Barrett, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, said: “Khloe was open about her recent rhinoplasty. However, in these recent photos, she looks almost unrecognizable.
“This looks like a combination of her rhinoplasty as well as added fillers.
‘ERASED’
Khloe was criticized for sharing photos without her nanny during her Utah trip.
The mother of two recently uploaded a photo dump to Instagram, showing her family celebrating New Year’s with a trip to Deer Valley Resort.
The photos showed Khloe and her kids – True and Tatum, one – all dressed up at the scenic ski resort in Utah.
However, none of Khloe’s photos included her nanny, Andreza Cooper.
Andreza is a 38-year-old Brazilian native who has been taking care of the children Khloe shares with her ex, Tristan Thompson.
The Los Angeles native’s longtime nanny took to Instagram herself, with a solo shot of her posing in front of a ski slope at the same resort.
Andreza wished followers a Happy New Year as she rocked warm clothing consisting of a fleece headband and fur-lined boots.
In an online forum, some followers pointed out how Andreza was left out of Khloe’s photos.
“Khloe’s nanny was on the Utah trip too- but Andreza was left out of Khloe’s photo dump,” one person noted.
A second sarcastically wrote: “They’ve got to let their fans know, constantly… around the clock… they’re hardworking full time mommies!”
