KEITH Duffy is ‘in bits’ following his split from his wife Lisa Smith after 25 years.
The Boyzone singer and Coronation Street star, 49, is reportedly struggling over the demise of his marriage, which is said to have “come as a shock to everyone” close to the pair.
It comes as the former couple unfollowed each other on social media in the wake of the separation.
A source told the Mirror that Keith was “in bits” and claimed that their family and friends were reeling from the news.
The insider added: “It has come as a shock to everyone. Back in July, they appeared happier than ever while celebrating 25 years together on a trip of a lifetime to the French Riviera.”
They also claimed that the exes were trying to” keep the divorce civil” for the sake of their son Jay, 27, and daughter Mia, 23.

But while popstar Keith, who is currently on tour with Boyzlife bandmate Brian McFadden, is struggling, he is believed to have not lost hope of a reconciliation.
A source told The Sun: “There is no one else involved.
“It is serious, but Keith is hopeful that they can sort this thing out. They care deeply for one another and their children.”
He has previously referred to Lisa as “my everything”.

Keith and Lisa wed in A Little White Chapel in Las Vegas just two days after he proposed in 1998.
Boyzone bandmate Ronan Keating was his best man.
On the day of their 25th wedding anniversary, Keith had paid a sweet tribute to Lisa, writing on instagram: “We’ve had our ups and downs, our fair share of obstacles along the way but our love and friendship and desire, our fight for each other and we are still going.
“Happy anniversary Smithy, our silver wedding! All in the blink of an eye. Watching our children grow up with you has been the highlight of my life.
“Thank you for your unconditional love, support and understanding. I love you with all my heart.”
His last Instagram post with Lisa was a loved-up snap from their French holiday on July 14, 2023. He wrote: “Celebrating 25 years in style. The French Riviera doesn’t disappoint.”
