KATIE Price’s inner circle are said to be ‘really concerned for her wellbeing’ and claim she has spiralled after her recent woes.
Not only is the mum of five dealing with the stress of being declared bankrupt for a second time, but she is currently having a nightmare finding a new school for her disabled son, Harvey.
A friend of the glamour model told Mail Online that they are in despair over Katie who is ‘deteriorating’ and refusing to take any advice onboard.
They said: “Watching Katie deteriorate so much is devastating. She just won’t listen to anyone. She thinks she knows best and a lot of the time doesn’t appear to worry about things that are really very serious.
“It doesn’t matter how many times she is told that she needs to address matters such as paying her bills, she buries her head in the sand and carries on.
“It is very easy to get really cross with her but in fact, her friends and family are deeply concerned for her wellbeing.”

The source added that they secretly worry about the worst happening.
“It has got to the point where some fear that at any point they could get a phone call to say that something awful and tragic has happened. It is heartbreaking.”
Bankruptcy hell
45 year-old Katie was declared bankrupt again earlier this week over an unpaid tax bill worth more than £750,000.
She now faces losing her £2million pad- or could see bailiffs come around to repossess her possessions to help repay the mounting debt.

She was previously declared bankrupt in November 2019, with debts of £3.2million.
And in the latest blow to the star, she now faces having to find son Harvey a new residential college after allegedly being told by her local council that they will only fund one closer to home.
School stress
Speaking on her Katie Price Show podcast, she said: “I’m having a nightmare at the minute.
“We were looking for him to stay at his college another year or if not a placement, but [the local authority] haven’t accepted it.
“They’ve given me three months that he has to find somewhere else by July. With someone like Harvey you need the transitional move, you need to do it slow.”
She added: “I’m trying to find somewhere nearer or something for Harvey but three months isn’t a long time.”

Harvey was born with ADHD, autism, genetic condition Prader-Willi Syndrome, and septo-optic dysplasia, which causes blindness.
He was previously a pupil at a £350,000-a-year residential college three hours away from Katie’s Mucky Mansion in Horsham, West Sussex.
‘All started after Pete split’
While Katie has a lot on her plate right now, those in her inner circle believe her life has been steadily unravelling since she split from ex husband Peter Andre in 2009.
A friend of the star also told the Mail: “Katie always feared that she would never get over Pete. He was the love of her life and when things went wrong she was heartbroken.
“While she would often complain that he was strict with her and wouldn’t always let her do what she wanted to, he kept her on the straight and narrow. He made sure that she was on top of her life.
“But more than that, she was happy with him, she was content.
“Pete was her protector. He wouldn’t see any harm come her way. Her life fell apart when they split up and it has gradually got worse and and worse, into the biggest car crash.”
Marriage meltdowns
After her split with Pete, Katie went on to marry cage figher Alex Reid in Las Vegas.
The relationship hit the skids after just 11 months of marriage, the pair split, with Katie saying she married him “too soon” – with divorce finalised in March 2012.
Later, she claimed Alex’s cross-dressing alter-ego Roxanne was a big factor in the demise of the relationship.
Katie then married Kieran Hayler in the Bahamas on January 16, 2013, but her world came crashing down the following year when she discovered he had cheated on her with her best friend.
They renewed their vows in 2015 in a bid for a fresh start, however the couple filed for divorce in 2018.
Since then, Katie has had a string of romances and was even engaged to her most recent ex Carl Woods, but the pair never made it down the aisle.
After multiple splits, they called it a day for good late last year.
Fans predict more heartache
Ever the believer in true love, Katie has since moved on to reality star, JJ Slater, who appeared on Married At First Sight UK.
But fans have already expressed concerns that her latest romance will also end in disaster.
Earlier this month, after she shared snaps of them on a date on social media, the comments section was flooded with warnings.
“I feel for her … because you know it’s just going to end in disaster,” wrote one. “Just be on your own for a while Katie, love yourself.”

“I like Katie but he is a beg,” another added of JJ. “Will use her for five minutes of fame like the others….i wish she met someone genuine.”
“You look great, but he won’t be the one,” said a third.
