KATIE Price has revealed the truth behind why she wants to have a boob reduction.
The former glamour model, 45, went under the knife for her 2120 CC implants last year in a bid to get the “biggest breasts in Britain”.
But now the star is desperate to “go smaller” after cruel trolls mocked her for looking “bigger and butch”.
She updated fans with her surgery plans on the latest episode of her podcast The Katie Price Show.
The mum-of-five said: “I am going to go smaller and getting healthy back to how I used to.
“I used to love being smaller, fitter…I’m eating heathy I won’t put anything bad in my body no bad food I won’t even have a glass of prosecco.”

Katie said she’s already been in contact with a surgeon to get the ball rolling.
She explained: “I’ve decided I’m going to have my boobs made smaller because they do make me look bigger, and I have messaged the surgeon already, and to be honest I’ve been going to the gym, and yeah I’ve decided.
“I even made it there last night at quarter to eight, when normally I’m in bed when there’s not an event on. JJ was in there. I didn’t do much I did the rowing, and do you know what’s funny I went on the treadmill, I can only walk on it I can’t run.
“I thought shall I see if I can do a couple of steps of a run, shall I see if I can do a little run, but I didn’t have to do the balls to do it because I didn’t know what would happen to my feet.”

The bankrupt Mucky Mansion star has gone under the knife 16 times for a string of cosmetic procedures.
Back in 2021, Katie told The Sun how she’d had full body liposuction, eye and lip lifts, liposuction under her chin, and fat injected into her bum and claimed she “looks like a monster”.
Katie, 45, has resorted to filler, Botox, facelifts and boob jobs as well as veneers to alter her looks over the years.
In December 2022, the former Loose Women panellist underwent her 16th operation in Belgium in a bid to get the ‘biggest boobs in Britain’.
At the time of her surgery, a source close to the star told The Sun: “Katie is getting massive 2120 CC implants.
“She wants to have the biggest boobs in the country, and these will certainly set her on her way to that goal.”
In October last year, Katie was kicked off a rollercoaster due to size of her boobs.
She wanted to accompany her children onto the Vampire ride at Chessington World of Adventures in Surrey but onlookers said the harness was unable to fully close over her large chest.
A thrill-seeker who was queuing to go on the same ride said: “Normally it’s your height that stops you riding rollercoasters, but for Katie it was her boobs.
“When it came to pulling the straps down to lock her in, it just wouldn’t budge.
“Katie tried to get it down but in the end she was told it wasn’t safe for her to ride because her boobs were too big.”
Her mum Amy, 71, previously branded her boobs ‘ridiculous’ in a TV interview on This Morning.
She told Holly Willoughby and Craig Doyle: “Her boobs are ridiculous if you ask me.
“I don’t want her to have any surgery at all and I cancelled a few operations so she couldn’t get her boobs done, but then she learnt not to tell me.
“I can almost tell you now when she’s going to have something done. It’s body dysmorphia, and the tattoos are all a part of it too.”
This also comes amid her money woes after the court declared her bankrupt for a second time.
She’s currently sitting on a unpaid tax bill worth more than £750,000.

The first declaration came in November 2019, with debts of £3.2million.
The latest hearing, held at the Rolls Building in London, heard that the reality star owes HMRC a total of £761,194.05.
