KATIE Price has broken her social media silence after missing court and being threatened with jail.
The 45-year-old was due to give evidence about her finances at the High Court today – but failed to show.
Despite this former glamour model Katie took to Instagram to promote her upcoming autobiography.
The mum-of-five shared a clip showing her talking about the memoir, in which she claimed she’s spent years “hiding behind a mask”.
At the start of the hearing today, it was revealed Katie told lawyers less than 24 hours ago she couldn’t attend.
A barrister told the judge: “It’s quite apparent that the evidence was filed very late and not even filed with the court.

“We are in a very serious situation as a consequence. She may be held in contempt of court, imprisoned, fined or a warrant issued for her arrest.”
Katie was declared bankrupt for a second time last month over an unpaid tax bill of £761,994.05.
She was ordered to cough up 40 per cent of her OnlyFans income for the next three years as part of a separate dispute.
A percentage of her income will start being taken from April 12, the judge ruled.

The mum was due to face questions about her finances in that case today.
She was expected to give evidence to a judge about her income to show how she can pay off her debts.
Katie was previously declared bankrupt in November 2019, with debts of £3.2million.
She now faces losing her £2million Sussex pad, dubbed her Mucky Mansion, or face the wrath of bailiffs.
Last month, Katie snubbed court again where she was fined £880 for driving without a licence or insurance.
She was also ordered to pay a £352 victim surcharge and £620 court costs – totalling £1,852.
Katie was captured on CCTV in a Range Rover on August 2 while driving on the A14 bypass in Kettering, Northamptonshire.
The star is currently dating new boyfriend JJ Slater and is reportedly already planning to have a baby with him.
