Inside Tom Grennan’s wild Las Vegas Stag Do where singer landed HUGE gambling win

SOMEONE pass Tom Grennan a Red Bull and some Nurofen – because he is going to need them.

He has spent the past few days on his stag do in Las Vegas, and hitting Sin City pretty hard from what I’ve seen and heard.

We revealed two years ago that Tom had asked his girlfriend, yoga teacher Danniella Carraturo, to be his wife.

And with their wedding later this summer, more than 20 of Tom’s mates flew him out to Vegas for a long weekend to remember, or forget, depending on the strength of their hangovers.

At least it won’t have been too painful on his wallet, as he managed to win £10,000 on the roulette wheel. A source said: “Tom’s friends wanted to send him off to married life on a massive high and they let loose in Vegas for a few days.

“He has a great core group of mates from his hometown Bedford and they went all out to celebrate with him.

“Tom’s career means his schedule is normally jam-packed so for him to be able to get together with everyone was really special.”

They also printed on the bottom: “Last seen April 20 in Las Vegas and may be suffering from eldritch horrors of delusions of grandeur.”

As well as playing Top Golf and sightseeing around the famous strip, including taking a group picture in front of the Las Vegas sign, Tom was seen gambling in casinos where he picked up his £10,000 win.

His friends also revealed someone ended up getting arrested after they landed back in the UK. But luckily Tom’s group of stags weren’t caught up in it.

Some people never learn.

Tom Grennan forced to stop O2 London gig after audience member faints and medics rush to help

Tom and Danniella met in a lift during early 2020. But after the lockdown hit, the pair struggled to make it work.

He went on to sing about their relationship in his single You Remind Me, and told how he won her back. Tom said of Danniella: “Of course she inspires my music. She is amazing. She is my life. She is the reason I changed my ways and she has helped me get to the place I am at now.

“We are happy and she is the woman of my dreams so I am happy.”

I bet she’s also chuffed to have you back in one piece, Tom.

Meg a gala gal

There was no horsing around for Megan Thee Stallion as she attended a gala for sexual healthcare organisation Planned Parenthood in New York.

She meant business in this black dress, after making her feelings clear about the topic of abortion during Glastonbury in 2022.

There, she ranted about Roe V. Wade being overturned by the Supreme Court, meaning that states could limit women’s access to abortion.

She said at the time: “My body, my motherf***ing choice!”

Meg has admitted she doesn’t always feel like being so ballsy, though.

She told Women’s Health magazine: “Getting out of bed to work out in the morning is a struggle.

“I have to get mentally prepared. I’m like, ‘I can stay here for another hour, or I can get up and go work out and be a bad bitch.”

ANGELA ARRIVES AT VIRGIN

There will be no more late nights for Angela Scanlon after she landed the weekend breakfast show on Virgin Radio.

From next weekend, she will host the all-new programme from 7am to 10am, as part of an exciting shake-up following Graham Norton’s departure.

His former 10am-1pm slot will be filled by Celebrity Juice’s Leigh Francis on Saturdays and comic Tom Allen on Sundays.

On both days, former kids’ telly favourites Dick & Dom will be on air from 1pm to 4pm.

Angela, who was on last year’s Strictly, said: “I know how many of you have dreamt about waking up to my husky dulcet tones. Well, dreams come true, gang. I’ll be getting up with you every weekend on Virgin Radio and I am inappropriately excited.”

Dua is the business

She is a singer, dancer, actress and podcaster – but now Dua Lipa is giving Lord Sugar a run for his money in business.

I can reveal the Houdini singer, above, launched her seventh company this month ahead of the biggest summer of her career.

Documents filed to Companies House list Dua as a director, along with her father and manager Dugi, of new venture Radical House LTD.

The name is believed to be a play on the title of her upcoming third album Radical Optimism, out next month.

They have kept the cards close to their chest when it comes to revealing what the business will be for, but no doubt this will be another success story.

Last year, business-savvy Dua brokered a deal to buy the rights to her musical back catalogue from her former management company TaP.

This summer there will be more to celebrate, as she will headline Glastonbury in June, following the success of her recent singles.

Her tune Training Season is at No13, while latest track Illusion is expected to debut at No7 on tomorrow’s chart.

In 2023, Dua’s business Radical22 earned almost £68million – higher than that of fellow British superstar Adele.

As well as bringing in cash through her record sales and tours, Dua has landed deals with some of the world’s biggest brands, including Jaguar and YSL.

If her music career ever flounders, it sounds like she has the business know-how to give The Apprentice a good crack.

PALOMA FAITH had to cancel her show at London’s Eventim Apollo in Hammersmith last night after getting laryngitis.

She has been left “utterly devastated”, with the remaining dates on her UK tour also up in the air. The singer said: “I have been diagnosed with laryngitis caused by a virus and I am physically unable to sing.”

Get well soon, Paloma.

MADONNA TO FILM RIO FINAL GIG

Madonna will play the biggest headline show of her career in Rio de Janeiro next month – but you won’t have to fly 5,700 miles to watch it.

I can reveal the huge Brazilian gig, which is expected to draw a crowd of more than 1.5million people, is going to be recorded for a special concert film.

As well as being broadcast live on local TV, the show will be packaged up with behind-the-scenes extras before dropping on streaming platforms.

Her final show on the sell-out Celebration Tour will take place at Copacabana Beach on May 4. Madonna will follow in the footsteps of Sir Rod Stewart and the Rolling Stones, who have previously played free gigs on the beach. But the show will be so big that her stage is already being built, more than a fortnight before she is due to get there.

The set-up includes a giant bridge over a motorway to let Madge and her team go seamlessly from the stage to the nearby Belmond Copacabana Palace Hotel.

I would expect nothing less.

FATBOY SLIM is returning with his festival All Back To Minehead this year.

And he is keeping it in the family by adding his son to the event’s line-up.

The Somerset weekender will take place at Butlin’s Minehead from November 8-11, where Fatboy Slim will perform, as well as his DJ son Woody Cook.

Others on the list for the knees-up include Groove Armada, Radio 1 host Arielle Free and hit producer Eats Everything.

Will sees the Light

Will Young looks the part in a James Bond-style pose as he makes a return to pop. He stood in front of a white circle – like the screen spy’s famous opening sequence, inset – to announce his first record of original music in five years. The album, Light It Up, will be out on August 9.

Its first single, Falling Deep, dropped today and is a little slice of joy, like a cross between The Weeknd and The Police.

Will, who has an intimate UK tour this autumn, said of the album: “It was about finally feeling more content and being able to go back to embracing joyous, unashamed pop music.”
