She also paddled holding a drink in one hand and musician hubby Tom Kaulitz, 34, in the other.
They celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary next month.
Heidi, who has four kids from two previous relationships, said of Tom: “I found my match, finally.
“The third time’s the charm.”

The couple were first linked in March 2018 and secretly got married two months after their engagement in February 2019.
Last year, Heidi stole the show at the Las Vegas Grand Prix by going topless.
The supermodel was among a horde of A-List celebrities in attendance as the Formula 1 roadshow hit Sin City.
The 50-year-old went topless in just a black jacket and skirt.
