Fresh blow for Sheridan Smith as she splits from boxer boyfriend — just days after West End show closes early

ACTRESS Sheridan Smith has split from her boxer boyfriend — and signed to a dating app.

The Bafta award winner, 42, had been dating ex-welterweight star Dave “Rocky” Ryan, 40, since the autumn.

A source said: “Sheridan decided to end things with Dave a few weeks ago after their romance fizzled out.

“Thankfully her stage show has kept her busy and there is no bad blood after they ended on good terms.”

Sheridan has uploaded a profile to A-lister app Raya, where her theme tune is DJ Khaled and Rihanna hit Wild Thoughts.

She lists Soho House and Chiltern Firehouse as her favourite hangouts.

The split comes as her West End show Opening Night — in which she plays an alcoholic star — was cut short by two months.

The source added: “Despite poor reviews, Sheridan is incredibly proud of the show and looking forward to her next West End project.

“She has realised that theatre is her one true love and is enjoying her new single status.”

Sheridan went official with Dave, the brother of her boxer pal Sandy Ryan, last October.

She also met former fiance Jamie Horn online using Tinder in 2018 before they split in 2021.

The couple share son Billy, three.
