CARL Woods has taken a savage swipe at ex Katie Price with a cryptic post about “energy” and “stress.”
The used car salesman, 34, uploaded a topless selfie flashing his rippling abs to accompany his thoughtful words.
It comes after the Essex hunk began to post a flurry of messages on January 2 following the on-off couple’s latest break-up.
Now former Love Island contestant Carl has dealt another blow to mum-of-five Katie, 45.
On Instagram he wrote: “Emotions are energy. Energy can not be destroyed only converted.
“When emotions cause stress allow the energy to transform.”

One fan was quick to write: “You know you deserve better. I sanity is doing the same thing over and over. Time for change.”
Another put: “Please do not go back! You are so much better than that.”
Yet others were quick to reference the rollercoaster nature of their relationship.
One put an eye-roll Emoji and the words: “Here we go again.”

Earlier this month, Mucky Mansion star Katie made it very clear in her New Year message that she was single.
The former I’m A Celebrity star was reunited with her campmate Kerry Katona as they surprised fans by bringing in the New Year together.
In a cheeky video, Katie decided to shout at the camera that she was “single” before she and Kerry directed kisses towards the lens.
Katie and Carl got back together in June after their latest bitter split – despite her mum claiming he is “using her for fame.”
The reunion was something of a surprise, however, given how Amy blasted her daughter’s man in her new book, The Last Word.
She wrote of Carl and Katie’s ex husband Kieran Hayler: “Kieran and Carl are also men who crave fame and have used Kate as a springboard for their social media feeds.”
Previously, Katie and Carl were set to tie the knot in a secret ceremony.
Yet two months later, after another split, Carl told how there was “no chance” he would reunite with ex glamour girl Katie.
