THEY have been in a relationship for almost two years and now their romantic show of photos on social media have prompted rumours that Adam Peaty and Holly Ramsay could be secretly engaged.
The Olympic swimmer, 29 enjoyed a wholesome weekend away with Holly, 24, the daughter of multi-Michelin starred chef and restauranteur, Gordon Ramsay and his son George, 3, from his relationship with Eirinanedd Munro, with whom he split in late 2022.
Taking to Instagram the pair shared some intimate photos of their country retreat, which showed the pair enjoying a walk as Holly kissed Adam on the cheek.
Another photo showed Holly playing with George, with whom she appears to share a close bond.
Beneath the photos, Adam included a biblical proverb, which no doubt reflects his state of mind: “As water reflects the face, so one’s life reflects the heart.”
Writing in the comments, Holly then wrote: “I love you,” accompanied by a heart emoji.

Recently Adam opened up about his ‘three years of hell’ after battling depression and alcoholism, having split from his girlfriend Eirianedd in 2022, after three years together, following his stint on Strictly Come Dancing.
Then in the same year he broke his foot, which forced him to pull out of the Commonwealth Games, leading to a downward spiral of depression.
He later admitted that he ‘didn’t want to see a pool again” after being “broken” by the sport and turned to drinking and partying as a way of release.
But now he has rediscovered his passion for swimming and will soon compete in the 2024 olympic games in Paris, after winning the men’s 100 meters me breaststroke title with his fastest time since 2021.

Earlier this month Holly posted a tribute to her bofriend with footage of her presenting him with his medal.
She said: “Packing my bags and I’ll see you in Paris, you never fail to amaze me, your determination, physical and mental strength is inspiring to all, well done my love.”
Asked if he was back to his best after qualifying Adam said:
“I think so. A 57.9 is very good, still not where I want to be, but the first solid result where I am like, ‘Oh, not many people can do this.’
‘I felt so light in the water. This is a real win for my team, my family and myself. We have come through the past three years of hell. I didn’t want to see a pool again. The sport had broken me.
‘I didn’t know what route to go down and so many things got in my way, but now I am waking up each day and enjoying my job.
‘Who knows what the ending is going to be but I am having fun along the way. It may not end up as a fairytale, but it might.’
