50 Cent denies his ex Daphne Joy’s ‘rape’ claim as she addresses ‘lies’ in Rodney Jones’ lawsuit against Diddy

RAPPER 50 Cent has denied allegations by his ex Daphne Joy that he raped and abused her as the two are locked in a feud triggered by a lawsuit against fellow artist Sean Combs.

Joy, who shares son Sire with 50 Cent – real name Curtis James Jackson – shared a scathing statement on social media on Thursday.

Jackson strongly denied the accusations in a statement his rep sent to The U.S. Sun on his behalf.

His statement came after Joy wrote on Instagram, “Everything is a joke to you until our safety is compromised, which is happening now.

“You are wreaking real havoc, frenzy, and chaos onto people’s lives.

“Let’s put the real focus on your true evil actions of raping me and physically abusing me. You are no longer my oppressor and my God will handle you from this point on.”

Joy also claimed that Jackson had only seen their son a handful of times in two years, despite them living about a mile from him.

“I am tired of upholding and protecting an image to our son that you have never earned,” she wrote.

Jackson said in the statement through his rep, “The disturbing allegations in the sworn pleadings recently filed in a court case related to Daphne Joy the mother of my 12-year-old child, has required me to take all necessary legal actions to protect my son Sire.

“The most recent false and baseless accusations by Daphne Joy are clearly in response to my decision to seek sole custody of my son.

“My son Sire is my main priority and keeping him in a safe environment is my only focus at this time.”

Joy and Jackson broke up in 2012 after two years of dating.

SHOCKING LAWSUIT

The public spat comes after Joy was named in a bombshell $30 million lawsuit that accused her of being a sex worker in an alleged sex trafficking ring operated by rapper Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The lawsuit was filed by Combs’ former employee, Rodney “Lil Rod” Jones, who helped produce his most recent album.

Jones claimed that Combs, 54, sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened him while they worked together.

Jones also alleged that he was told to recruit prostitutes and have sex with them for the artist’s pleasure.

Combs allegedly “bragged about” paying Joy and two other women a “monthly stipend” for sex work, according to the complaint.

Jones also claimed that he has hundreds of hours of video documenting Combs’ alleged “serious illegal activities” between 2022 and 2023.

Joy responded to the allegations in another statement on Instagram, writing she was “deeply hurt by the lies in Rodney Jones’ lawsuit” and called the claims “100% false and character assassination.”

“I am retaining an attorney to explore all legal remedies against both Rodney and his attorney,” she wrote.

Jackson shared a post on Instagram regarding Joy’s mention in the lawsuit, saying that he would see her “in family court!”

In a separate post, Jackson referred to Joy’s claims of him not seeing his son along with a photo of Joy and Combs touching hands.

“You moved a mile away in hopes of having another baby with me but I was busy,” wrote Jackson.

He then accuses her of “receiving money” from Combs.

Jackson seemingly was the first to post about the situation, writing on Wednesday, “I didn’t know you was a sex worker …. Yo this shit is a movie.”

COMBS SPEAKS

The battle between Jackson and Joy comes after Combs’ mansions were raided this week as part of a federal investigation into allegations of sex trafficking.

Combs’ attorney, Aaron Dyer, labeled the raids an “unprecedented ambush” with an “overuse of military-level force.”

“Despite media speculation, neither Mr. Combs nor any of his family members have been arrested nor has their ability to travel been restricted in any way,” Dyer wrote.

He said the police action was “nothing more than a witch hunt based on meritless accusations made in civil lawsuits.”

“Mr. Combs is innocent and will continue to fight every single day to clear his name,” the lawyer said.

Recent lawsuits against Diddy

Diddy was hit with a wave of lawsuits in late 2023 and early 2024 with allegations of sex trafficking and sexual assault. He has denied all claims against him.

  • Cassie, Diddy’s longtime girlfriend, sued him in November 2023, claiming she endured “a cycle of abuse, violence, and sex trafficking” until their relationship ended in 2018. Diddy and Cassie settled the suit the day after it was filed.
  • Diddy was hit with two more lawsuits a week later. Joi Dickerson accused Diddy of drugging and raping her and filming the attack when she was a 19-year-old college student in January 1991.
  • A second accuser in a separate lawsuit claimed that Diddy and another man sexually assaulted her and a friend in 1990 or 1991 then showed up at her apartment and beat her several days later.
  • Diddy was sued again in December by a woman who claimed he and two men gang-raped her in 2003 when she was 17 years old.
  • In February 2024, Rodney ‘Lil Rod’ Jones, who helped produce Diddy’s most recent album, claimed that the mogul sexually harassed, drugged, and threatened him from September 2022 to November 2023 as they worked together.
