KHLOE Kardashian has left fans alarmed with her seemingly bloated face in the latest episode of The Kardashians.
The Kardashians star, 39, has faced years of speculation that she has had secret surgery on her face.
Khloe fueled the hearsay when she displayed her “inflamed” face during the latest episode of the Hulu show.
The Good American founder invited her sister Kim, 43, to her $17million Los Angeles mansion for a workout after the Skims star’s trip to Vegas.
The reality star wore black sports bra and high-waisted leggings for the gym session, scraping her blonde hair back into a tight bun.
Viewers were floored by the appearance of Khloe’s “puffy” face.
One shared stills on Reddit and wrote: “From the latest episode… she looks so puffy and different. Her face change was the craziest to me.”
Another added: “She’s overfilled and inflamed. She needs to get it all dissolved and just rock her natural face for a bit.
“Learn to love yourself girl.”
Another said Khloe’s face looked “bloated,” and speculated: “Probably just got some work done.”

Khloe has faced plenty of gossip over her changing face and body in the past.
In June 2021, the mother of two confirmed she’d had a nose job and Botox.
“For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’ I’ve had one nose job!” she said during the KUWTK reunion.
“Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me!
“You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”

She revealed in April that she got her nose job weeks before her daughter True’s first birthday in 2019.
“I got it a couple weeks before True‘s first birthday. Love it!” she tweeted.
Another fan tweeted the star saying: “Worst recovery ever! I’ll never do it again!”
Khloe responded: “Stop!!! Mine was a breeze. That’s crazy. It honestly was so easy for me. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.”
Last April, the Hulu star denied claims that she had butt implants.
After she shared a video of herself working out in skintight leggings, one fan commented: “Omg u can see her implants when stretching.
“[The second] layer of her bum on top of her bum [sic].”
Khloe clapped back at the comment, insisting the crease in question was down to the style of the seam in her leggings.
