KATIE Price has revealed the heartbreaking reason she’s ordering take-out curry on Christmas Day.
Despite having a huge brood, the mum of five is opting for some festive spice ahead of the traditional turkey on December 25.
On her podcast, The Katie Price Show, the panto star told how she was simply too knackered to whip up a feast.
She has a new festive role playing Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty at the M&S Arena in Liverpool yet the hectic performance schedule is taking its toll.
Talking to her sister Sophie on the podcast, Katie said: “Do you know what I’m doing Christmas Day? I am exhausted and I finish panto at six o’clock Christmas Eve.
“There’s no way I’m coming with the kids, all their presents, for a five-hour drive back home, to have Christmas Day to get up here for two o’clock for Boxing Day.

“I’m not having that stress. So Christmas Day I’m not cooking, I’m going to get a takeaway curry.”
Katie has five children, Harvey, 21, Junior, 18, Princess, 16, Jett, 9, and eight-year-old Bunny – so no doubt they will be helping their mum out in the home.
Katie’s change of plans come just hours after her co-star took a swipe at her theatre performance.
She has been called out by her own cast amid her whopping £60K payday for the role.

Her co-star Bippo, dressed in a pink and yellow spot shirt with a matching pink headband, spoke directly to a camera on stage as he warmed up the crowds.
He said: “This is the show starring Katie Price, she’s amazing”
“She’s actually learned two of her 25 lines – it’s fantastic,” before bursting out laughing.
He then made it clear he was joking – yet that hasn’t stopped fans slamming the show in their droves.
They have even suggested Katie’s family must be “embarrassed” by her new role.
On the same podcast, Katie told how she hadn’t learned all the panto songs – because she found them “insulting.”
Yet she has admitted her tired state has come into play.
Katie said: “Before I get on stage my mind’s going blank – it’s because I’ve been so tired.
“I need reassuring – this is new to me. I’m alright going on telly, podcasting, talking about myself, but when you’ve got to learn a script and you’ve got people who have paid for tickets you’ve got to be good.”
