The 45-year-old was snapped lugging around a massive clear bag in the evening.
She wore an entirely black, loose-fitting attire, complemented by a lengthy black gilet jacket.
In a recent behind the scenes look at her collaboration with TikTok Shop, Katie was uncharacteristically covered up again, wearing a loose black cardigan.
It prompted one fan to comment: “Are u pregnant x.”
Another said bluntly: “You look preggers.”

It’s no secret that that the reality star is hoping to have baby number six.
She reportedly met with a surrogate earlier this month, and they’d verbally agreed to carry baby number six.
Those plans were scrapped after Katie had gotten into a row with the surrogate.

The source continued to tell MailOnline: “Katie’s surrogate feels completely let down.
“The surrogate feels she was disrespected by Katie, who also didn’t make her children feel welcome and she certainly wasn’t appreciated, considering the sacrifice she was willing to make.”
