KARDASHIAN fans have cried out in support of sister Khloé, after a throwback photo from nearly 20 years ago resurfaced.
Critics contend the Kardashian’s star now looks vastly different, and they blame unnecessary plastic surgery for the results.
A fan in an online chat room recently posted a photo of Khloé, 39, and big sister Kim, 42, attending a charity event in Hollywood in 2006.
Khloé had just turned 22 in the photo, taken during the “A Midsummer Night’s Dream” Annual Celebrity All-Star Charity Weekend.
The then-budding reality star towered over Kim in a three-quarter length leopard-print dress.
She added to her height in a pair of black high-heeled shoes.
Khloé’s hair was jet black and fell to her shoulders, as her face looked clean and blemish-free.
The person who first posted the pic said they felt bad for the innocent young woman.
“I look back at a photo like this and it makes me so sad. because wow Khloe looks absolutely stunning.
“Tall and statuesque with an hourglass figure, pale skin and striking hazel eyes.”

The poster continued: “Imagine if her family had acknowledged her beauty and built up her confidence from an early age instead of doing the exact opposite.”
Other fans agreed with the assessment, tossing around words like “gorgeous” and “stunning.”
“I never understood why people called her the ugly sister,” another person slammed. “She was striking.”
While one person argued: “Khloe was so naturally pretty! It’s so sad that she was bullied so much that she’s resorted to an insane amount of plastic surgery.”
SURGERY SPECULATION
Khloé has faced plenty of speculation over her changing face and body.
In June 2021, she confirmed she’d had a nose job and Botox.
“For me, everyone says, ‘Oh my gosh, she’s had her third face transplant!’ I’ve had one nose job!” she said during the KUWTK reunion.
“Everyone gets so upset, like, why don’t I talk about it? No one’s ever asked me!
“You’re the first person that’s ever asked me in an interview about my nose. I’ve done, sure, injections. Not really Botox. I’ve responded horribly to Botox.”
She revealed in April that she got her nose job weeks before her daughter True’s first birthday in 2019.
“I got it a couple weeks before True‘s first birthday. Love it!” she tweeted.
Another fan tweeted the star saying: “Worst recovery ever! I’ll never do it again!”
Khloé responded: “Stop!!! Mine was a breeze. That’s crazy. It honestly was so easy for me. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner.”

In February, a plastic surgeon told The U.S. Sun that it looks like Khloé has made numerous “subtle enhancements” over the years.
Khloé had been photographed looking significantly different while arriving at a medical facility where her ex Tristan Thompson, 32, was taking his younger brother.
Dr. Daniel Barrett, a Beverly Hills plastic surgeon, said: “Khloé was open about her recent rhinoplasty. However, in these recent photos, she looks almost unrecognizable.
“This looks like a combination of her rhinoplasty as well as added fillers.

“The space between her nose and lip looks longer, which is a combination of aging as well as a result of a smaller nose. This can create a more ‘done’ look or an overall less natural appearance.”
Though he thinks the filler and rhinoplasty are “the most apparent” and “most noticeable at a glance,” he added: “Khloé definitely looks like a new person.”
