There was a holiday snap from her Caribbean jaunt in which she held a glass of wine while sitting outside on a balmy night.

And she pulled off smart/casual as well in a vest top and baggy jeans combo as she cuddled her daughter Matilda.
In a recent TikTok video with her eldest child, Helen hinted she might be dating again following her split from fiancé Scott Sinclair in 2022.
The short clip saw the pair mime along to a viral trend about realtionships.
In it, an impassioned Matilda says: “I said I don’t think he’s good for you.”

Helen, 33, split from her fiancé Scott Sinclair in October last year after 13 years together.

Introducing “the men of 2023”, Helen saved her dates in her phone under nicknames including: “Too obsessed with their dog, ruined my mental health.

Helen told fans: “After 13 years of being wifed off, I’ve spent this year trying to find myself and start dating again.
“Let’s just say it’s been an experience…”
She added: “In conclusion we’re hoping for a better 2024.”
Helen and her ex Scott, 34, are both committed to co-parenting Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and two-year-old Charlie.
