Last year, we witnessed some beautiful and spectacular weddings, ranging from UAE royals to Hollywood celebrities. As heavenly as they were, they left us wanting more. So, here is a list of expected star weddings in 2020.
Jennifer Lopez & Alex Rodriguez
Last March, power couple Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez announced their engagement on Instagram during a romantic getaway at the Bahamas. Since then, we have been on edge, hoping for details on their sure-to-be spectacular wedding. All we know so far is that it will be a destination wedding.
Princess Beatrice & Edoardo Mozzi
If there is something that we love, it is a royal wedding and it seems like we are getting another one soon! Princess Beatrice, grand-daughter of Queen Elizabeth II, got engaged to property mogul, Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi back in September of 2019. The groom proposed with a bespoke platinum and diamond engagement ring by British jeweller Shaun Leane, which according to is worth about AED 1,134,252.87 (£250,000).
Katy Perry & Orlando Bloom
Is there anything more romantic than a Valentine’s day engagement? Orlando popped the question last year during Valentine’s surprising Katy with a show-stopping flower shaped ring, which she referred to as a “full bloom”.
Scarlett Johansson & Colin Jost
Action and comedy really do make a great pair! The Black Widow star and the SNL cast member got engaged in May 2019 and while little is known about their future nuptials, it is expected that it will happen this year.

The Avengers star and musician got engaged in July after three years of dating. The duo are very private with their romance, making their first public appearance as a couple at a pre-Emmys bash in September 2017.

The Oscar-winning actress and SNL segment director have been dating since 2017, announcing their engagement in December 2019. No dates have been pencilled in as yet, but what we do know is that the couple are looking to make their wedding as eco-friendly as possible.
